Ever since I discovered the "Shaghaf Oud Royale | Swiss Arabian" online, I've been lurking around it and checking from time to time to see if it was finally available to order from Germany. Now the time had finally come and it arrived quickly. Then the first spray, I smelled it and 'oh no, I know that scent'.
In the opening, it smells one to one like the "Bade'e Al Oud - Oud for Glory | Lattafa / لطافة".
I immediately tested both next to each other and have to say that the "Shaghaf Oud Royale | Swiss Arabian" is a little softer and rounder right from the start. The squeaky sweetness that I know and like from the Oud for Glory is weaker and quickly wears off in the Royale. The lavender comes through more here and the saffron remains somewhat in the background.
After that, it becomes a very beautiful fragrance that is suitable for everyday wear and that I no longer have to sneak around. ️

Burnt car tires :-)
The "Ishq Al Shuyukh Gold | Lattafa / لطافة" is a very unique fragrance.
I like it very much, but as a blind buy it is probably less suitable.
After spraying a spicy, leathery scent immediately rises to the nose, which reminds me personally of freshly rubbed with care leather seats in the car.
"Burnt car tires" I have but also already read. Must like!
Later, in the drydown, it becomes slightly sweet, creamy and the leathery note becomes somewhat weaker.
He is more suitable for autumn / winter and therefore I wear him today for the first time in the office.
The performance is not so strong with me. After about 5 hours, I take him although still clearly perceived, but do not think he is room-filling. Just right for me! :-)

Mummy's pineapple cream
This blind buy immediately flashed me and took me back to my youth.
At Mutti there was often her 'infamous' pineapple cream for dessert.
This cream she made with custard powder, creamy cream, sweet sugar and of course with fresh pineapple.
Hmmm, immediately I have that smell in my nose when I spray on the Honor & Glory - creamy, sweet pineapple.
Later it becomes a bit spicier, woodier and every now and then the slight sweetness of the pineapple rises to my nose.
The white bottle is beautiful.
Sprayed on the skin and clothing it keeps with me 6-8 hrs.
I am already looking forward to the next time with Muttis pineapple cream :-)
