Convincing Micallef
In contrast to my Aventus sample, Royal Vintage is not quite as loud and, in my opinion, is more finely tuned. It is certainly well-crafted. It develops along the listed notes. I don't really find fruity notes throughout the entire scent journey. Whether it is a clone or just very similar, I don't care.

Initially, for a brief moment, I pick up slightly grassy notes, perhaps even hemp. But this only lasts a short while. After that, leather and cypress come into play, with the whole thing being slightly dry. In the transition, the scent becomes softer, but also closer to the skin. Almost a bit too shallow. However, I also belong to the spritzing faction.

I would describe the scent as an everyday fragrance that can be used in the office as well as during leisure time. In the evening, I would prefer a different perfume. The target audience for me is, let's say, not quite young individuals anymore.

All in all, a really well-made perfume. One could also consider it for a blind buy; you would probably not be disappointed.

Well.
Unexciting citrus freshie with a floral sidekick that certainly fulfills its purpose. That’s about it. I always wonder why it’s so much more expensive than deodorants. Okay, that sounds really quite negative. Citrus scents with bergamot, etc. are really tricky, aren’t they? They are as common as sand on the beach in everyday life. Unfortunately, this one feels the same for me...

… smells the same on my skin from the beginning to the citrus-floral end. It has a slight overtone in the citrus, meaning the citrus note is quite bright and slightly overly sweet...

… you don’t get a changed drydown... no, that’s not true, it becomes a bit creamier, the sweetness fades a little. Is there a bit of wood? That could very well be.

Conclusion: A well-made freshie that is quite long-lasting as such. However, for the current price, I have been entertained better, despite the care in the composition, sorry!

No Special Occurrences
When I'm not quite sure what to wear in the summer, I go for the black polo shirt. It goes with everything and can appear casual or formal depending on the combination. The same goes for the fragrance. It can be worn with anything, but unfortunately, it is too unspectacular for the price and the niche. It is well-crafted, but unfortunately, that alone is not enough. One searches in vain for extroverted blue suede shoes.

The fragrance starts off citrusy, quickly transitions to a dry woodiness, and ultimately becomes sweeter and softer again. The middle part of the fragrance progression feels a bit old-fashioned to me, perhaps even seriously benevolent.

Conclusion: I have several black polos, but I don't need blue suede shoes. There are better options for me.

A Rose Scent That Pleases.
The fragrance starts with a decent amount of mint, which quickly gives way on my skin to the fruity notes combined with the roses and saffron. The fruity notes are slightly dominant. I can't quite pick up the pepper. This whole experience lasts for quite a while. In the drydown, the grasses and wood come through. The rose is also present here.

The perfume is definitely brighter, lighter, and more playful than the red bottle suggests - but it's certainly not a freshie. Longevity and sillage are above average, but it has nothing to do with beast mode. It becomes very close to the skin after 4-5 hours; I always test with one spray. I see it as wearable for both women and men, although it leans towards the masculine side.

Conclusion: I surprisingly like it a lot despite the roses, which I usually don't like. It can be worn for all occasions. It's definitely going on the list!
