"Grey Vetiver Parfum": A Green-Spiced Reinterpretation by Tom Ford

Tom Ford promises a bolder reinterpretation of the popular original fragrance with its masculine creation "Grey Vetiver Parfum".

When you walk into our stores, gray is the color of the packaging, our carpets, our walls; it's the color of Tom Ford, in a sense. The idea was to convey a cool, silvery, very sophisticated vetiver.

The new fragrance creation combines fresh essences of orange blossom with warm and spicy nuances of saffron. A trio of vetiver provides a woody and earthy note that gives the composition an intense depth.



Originally, the fresh-spicy fragrance "Grey Vetiver (Eau de Parfum)"  was introduced in 2009. To this day, it remains one of Tom Ford's most popular fragrances. Five years later, the "Eau de Toilette" variant followed. With "Grey Vetiver Parfum", Tom Ford has now created a green-spicy reinterpretation of the popular eau de parfum.

American fashion designer and film director Tom Ford was born on in 1961 in Austin, Texas. He founded his eponymous fashion label in 2005 after leaving behind a successful career as chief designer at Gucci. His personal aesthetic and fashion sense have made him an influential figure in the fashion industry.

The brand's fragrance lines include the "Private Blen"" range and the more affordable "Signature" line, which includes the "Grey Vetiver" fragrances. The distinctive fluted glass bottles pay homage to the architecture of the 1920s and 1930s.

The new fragrance is available in bottle sizes of 50 ml and 100 ml.
