With "Good Girl Jasmine Absolute", Carolina Herrera adds a new interpretation to the iconic Good Girl range, which focuses on the house's signature jasmine.

The opening of "Good Girl Jasmine Absolute" is fruity and fresh with notes of mandarin and blackcurrant. As the fragrance progresses, bitter almond and jasmine come to the fore: the almond lends the composition a delicately gourmand depth, which is balanced by the floral, creamy character of the jasmine. The base is a warm finish of benzoin, roasted tonka bean and toffee. Resinous notes meet gentle roasted aromas and a caramelly sweetness that give the fragrance a soft finish.

A new facet within the Good Girl line

"Good Girl Jasmine Absolute" follows on from the Good Girl fragrance line, which began in 2016 with the original of the same name. While "Good Girl (Eau de Parfum)" is primarily known for its sweet, gourmand character, the new version brings jasmine more to the fore. The sweetness remains part of the signature, but the fragrance is intended to be more airy and less cocoa-driven.

The creative minds

The perfumers behind the Eau de Parfum are Louise Turner and Quentin Bisch. Turner, a British perfumer at Givaudan, has shaped the Good Girl range for many years and is also responsible for many well-known designer fragrances. Quentin Bisch, on the other hand, comes from France and is one of the most influential voices in modern perfumery. He has established himself internationally with fragrances for brands such as Mugler, Ex Nihilo and Etat Libre d'Orange.
