Honey Bomb
I have thought for a long time about whether I should get Naxos or rather another fragrance. Fortunately, out of boredom, I participated in a giveaway after ages and managed to win a bottle, which seems to be from a newer batch, as the liquid is relatively light.

At first, I get relatively strong notes of bergamot and lemon, which, however, fade very quickly on my skin and are overwhelmed by the intense honey.
I have only worn it on very cold days so far, and to be honest, the honey was almost too strong for me.

After a while, the tobacco and vanilla come to the fore, which makes the fragrance a bit rounder and more pleasing for me.

All in all, I completely understand the mass interest in this fragrance; it has the performance and necessary appeal, but unfortunately, it just doesn't quite suit my taste.
Maybe that will change in the future under different circumstances :)

Perfect Beginner
Like for probably many, Layton was one of the first fragrances in my small collection.
I bought it back then as a blind buy, before I started regularly visiting perfume shops to learn more and more, and to this day I am absolutely satisfied with it.

At first, I get fresh notes of apple and lavender, light citrus notes, and a bit of pepper.
In the drydown, it becomes noticeably softer due to the classic, PdM-known vanilla and floral notes.
Towards the end, it develops a nice, very pleasant, and warm spiciness that lasts relatively long on my skin.

The performance here is also not to be ignored. Even though the scent is not a "beast mode" perfume, I don't need to reapply, and the sillage is really good.

My first 125ml is nearing its end; at first, I considered whether I want to repurchase it or rather do something else with the money.
However, the fragrance would definitely be missed in my collection, and additionally, it is my girlfriend's absolute favorite, so it's a must :)

Takes some time to blossom
I ordered the fragrance blind some time ago and was initially relatively unimpressed, but never dissatisfied. However, after wearing it more often in the summer, it has grown on me more and more.

At first spray, it’s quite indistinct; it could be any citrus-fresh scent from Douglas, but over time, a cool, incredibly fruity, and refreshing mandarin note develops that I have never smelled before.

I was unexpectedly approached about the fragrance quite often, even without being really close to the people beforehand, which convinced me of the sillage as well.

Additionally, I find the simple bottles and the story behind the brand and the individual fragrances great, so definitely give it a try; I will be bathing in this scent again next summer :)

Axe Bodywash
With its fresh, citrusy, slightly green notes and creaminess, it feels to me like a shower gel, but in a luxurious and, above all, more expensive way.

In my opinion, it's perfect for after sports or warmer days when there's a lot to do, as the scent simply keeps you feeling fresh :)
