Mediterranean freshie
First of all:
As long as you don't absolutely dislike fresh scents, you can simply buy the fragrance blindly.

As many have already said here, Sculpture Homme is a timeless classic, a fragrance that always works and a crowdpleaser.
The profile is simply a clean, fresh fragrance that you can really wear almost anywhere.

Due to its cleanliness, it is often recommended for sports and the office, where I can absolutely go with it.

Unfortunately, however, the Mediterranean side is often neglected in my opinion.
You get a nice top note here which is already sparkling due to the citrus but still remains rather soft overall due to the florality. In addition, you get a coriander note which then gives me these beautiful Italy, Greece associations.

The drydown is also rather soft due to the flowers. I like the light warmth in combination with the sweetness of the tonka bean, which fits really well into a summer evening. But don't expect too much spice because it only gets a minimal amount of amber and cedar.

What I find very interesting is that the fragrance definitely has some kind of synthetics (but please don't let that put you off). I am still puzzled where it comes from. It's not the citric, as is often the case with fragrances at this price.

The scent also has a "foaminess" to it. This is probably where the synthetic comes from. Whether you like it or not is up to you, but I for one don't find it annoying and it's something different.

As already mentioned, the fragrance is very good for its price.
What is really remarkable is the fragrance progression. At no point does it seem chaotic or even disorganized. (The level is really at the upper end of the niche segment)

On the other hand, however, the durability is really weak. I get about 5 hours here.
The sillage is only skin deep after the top note. (Whether this is good or bad is a matter of opinion)

Somehow gourmand?
I came across Gris Charnel because of the interesting-sounding top note. Especially because I'm a big fan of tea and figs.

So I ordered a bottle and tested it straight away.
Unfortunately, the start did not live up to my expectations.
It is a very balanced interplay between fig, tea and cardamom. Not so special for my taste for this very reason.

The fig has a fruity sweetness and slight acidity at the beginning, which is rather pleasant. The tea and cardamom then provide a spicy base. However, I find this is nowhere near as strong as many say.

After the "boring disappointment" at the beginning, a really wonderful drydown follows.
From the top note, the cardamom lingers a little.
The sweetness of the fig remains, but the acidity slowly fades. I think this is what many perceive as coconut in combination with tonka and sandalwood.

Surprisingly, the iris is not so powdery, which is why the tonka bean and sandalwood form a really creamy foundation.
The "remnants" of the fig, which have now taken on the typical slightly milky-sweet character, make the drydown somehow really gourmand.
Cardamom and vetiver also have their fingers in the pie and provide a very, very light spicy warmth which makes the creaminess really delicious.

What I find really commendable is that the drydown (although it is so interesting) loses almost nothing of its sillage and also has a relatively good longevity.

In conclusion, perhaps one can say that Gris Charnel is unisex but has slightly feminine tendencies. But my opinion is just wear what you like (:
I'll wear it from now on too

Summer dream in Italy
I'm not usually a fan of fresh fragrances because they often smell too synthetic and superficial to me. (of course there are a few exceptions)

Fortunately, Renaissance is such an exception (:
When I first smelled it, I was almost shocked at how a fragrance can smell so citrusy and still be natural.

The very intense top note is immediately noticeable. to be honest, "lime water" sums it up pretty well, but it goes so much deeper. The mandarin and hints of mint and rose make the top note the best I've smelled so far.
(fresh, tangy, sour, sweet and yet clean; rounded but highly recognizable)

I still find the drydown outstanding for a fresh fragrance (especially the transition from fresh to warm and somewhat woody), but unfortunately the space-consuming sillage that the top note had to offer fades and can now only be smelled directly on the skin. Here, everyone has to decide for themselves whether they like it or not.

I have to admit that I'm not really a fan of the almost "poetic" reviews on Parfumo. The Renaissance, however, has awakened real summer dreams, longings, associations and all the rest in me for a long time, but unfortunately I can't put them into suitable words (:
(the name really suits the fragrance here)

I'm already looking forward to wearing the fragrance on my next beach vacation ((:

Naxos comparison
I won't make a secret of it, I was just looking for a cheaper Naxos.

Honey Tobacco already has clear similarities to Naxos and I would probably always identify the scent as Naxos if someone else was wearing it.

The comparison:

At the start, they differ mainly in that Honey Tobacco lacks this fresh citrus opening from Naxos and the heart note sets in faster.

In the heart note of Honey Tobacco is mainly jasmine and tobacco present. The whole thing goes already in the direction of Naxos only lacks here honey and the remains of the fresh top note. Thus, the fragrance smells somewhat dry.

Once he is then so about 2 to 2 ½ hours on the skin I recognize the differences without direct comparison only very difficult.

The fragrance tail smells already 95% the same. Here are the differences I could really only perceive by direct comparison on the skin:

The honey in Honey Tobacco smells a lot heavier and also "colder".
The Naxos has a spiciness that Honey Tobacco actually does not have at all. I think this is due to the tobacco. With Naxos this is namely not so sharp and just spicier. Thus, the Naxos has its special honey-tobacco combination the Nishe4All Dupe unfortunately missing.

The Naxos is too expensive for me for its price. Nevertheless, I will also not get the Honey Tobacco as a flacon. The unique thing that distinguishes the Naxos and what I am also about Honey Tobacco can unfortunately not bring. Nevertheless, you get here for the price a good fragrance. What the perfume promises, honey and tobacco, you get here namely with reasonable H / S offered.

Is it worth it?
In advance, the Layton I have not yet smelled therefore I can not make any reference to the subject of Dupe.

The bottle I find actually even quite pretty :) . Only the quality is really extremely bad. The plastic from the top and lid is very thin and creaks when touching. The spray head is also not really distributed but rather shoots small jets.

But all this can be forgiven at the price.
To the fragrance:

The beginning smells rather bitter and slightly sweet. I've read how the top note is often described as unpleasant. I myself find it also not really pleasant but is times what else, which has its certain touch.

After 15 minutes, however, flies away and it comes to the warm spicy notes with apple and vanilla. Here I had then high hopes but was unfortunately disappointed. The fragrance smells a bit pungent and the vanilla comes through very little.
What disappoints me but much more is the entire fragrance itself?
One often hears that Detour Noir has a little bit of everything and I also subscribe to that. In this case, however, unfortunately, comes out not a perfume that nowhere ticks off and smells restrained but an almost chaotic fragrance that acts as if he could not decide what he is.
In addition, he smells generally also "only normal", or he does not bother me, you do not stand out with it just. Is of course a matter of taste but I think that this disordered chaotic with an intrinsically beautiful smell would come good.

What I have also often heard is that merely the fragrance cloud you leave behind you so like the Layton smells. I can imagine that well since the projection of Detour Noir smells better than directly on the skin but otherwise I can not say anything about the similarities.

H/S are okay. Stays about 3 hours on the skin with a good projection afterwards still 3 hours close to the body smellable.

For me, unfortunately, he is nothing if someone but a fan of apple and spice is, I think he will be satisfied here.
