Simply Classy
I have been observing Torino 22 with great interest for quite some time, having tested it once or twice. Most recently at Breuninger. There, I tested 2 to 3 fragrances again, including Torino 22. After that, it was immediately clear to me that it had to join my collection. Its fresh effect combined with spicy depth thanks to saffron and eucalyptus was simply convincing. Not a typical "Summer Freshie" - but a fragrance with noticeable punch.

What particularly excites me: the longevity is outstanding and the sillage is impressive - a scent cloud that lingers. It is ideal for summer evenings, going out, dates, but also during the day on warm days - the perfect all-rounder with character.

One of My Favorites
I tested the fragrance for the first time in the perfume store - a spritz on the back of my hand, and I was instantly smitten. Since then, Blue Matcha has definitely become one of my absolute favorite perfumes.

What grabbed me right away was this incredibly fresh, citrusy top note. It's not just "fresh," but has this lively, almost sparkling quality that instantly lifts your spirits. Then - and this is the special part - the fragrance slowly transforms into something warmer, slightly woody, almost green. You can sense the depth without it becoming heavy or overwhelming. This combination of freshness and subtle depth makes the scent so special for me.

I love wearing it in my everyday life, but it also works for evenings - it's just versatile, yet never arbitrary. And to be honest: As soon as my bottle is empty, I will immediately repurchase it. For me, one of the best scents from Montale!

The Elegant Stag in a Bottle
Patchouli Dust captivated me immediately upon the first spray.

The scent starts off soft and elegant, with a pleasant, almost velvety spiciness. I had expected something heavier or oppressive, but the opposite is true: Patchouli Dust is truly harmonious. The woody and slightly smoky notes blend with a creamy warmth that lingers beautifully on the skin for hours.

What I particularly like: The scent never feels overwhelming. It is present but not intrusive - you can sense it, but it doesn’t shout. Over time, it develops a warm, almost soothing depth with slightly sweet accents from vanilla and amber. Yet, it remains stylish and very balanced.

For me, Patchouli Dust feels more like a calm, clear autumn afternoon - it has something natural, almost meditative about it. And the design with the stag head fits perfectly with that.

Overall, I am truly surprised by how wearable and pleasant the scent is - definitely something special in my collection.

The Slightly Different Imagination
I came across French Avenue through a video.
As a big fan of Imagination, I had to test it.

The bottle is really very beautiful and elegant.

After the first spray, I initially thought: What is this?
The scent had quite a spicy aura at first, and I thought: No, thanks - that’s it.

But right after that, I was fascinated.
It developed into a spicy-citrusy, pleasantly balanced blend that I really like. The spiciness fades after a while, and a certain similarity to Imagination emerges.

However, I wouldn’t say that this is a dupe, as the scent is very distinct.

Anyone who likes scents like Imagination can’t go wrong here - especially at this price.
I can confidently recommend it!
