Summer Beast
I recently bought this perfume. Before this, I had the Saheb Intense , and I really liked its DNA. However, I haven't smelled Louis Vuitton Imagination yet.

In the opening, the dominant note is mandarin.
After a few minutes, the scent of black tea and ginger emerges. The scent of neroli is soft and subtle, unlike what you find in Tom Ford Neroli Portofino.
In the dry-down, the black tea note lingers the longest compared to the others.

The quality of the bottle and packaging is truly high. The scent is extremely appealing, and you'll receive many compliments. The important thing is that this Perfume needs to rest for at least a few weeks to reach a higher level of longevity, and for the scent to become smoother. The longevity and projection are also above my expectations.

The somewhat different imagination
I came across French Avenue through a video.
Since I am a big Imagination fan, I absolutely had to test it.

The bottle is really beautiful and elegant.

After the first spray, I thought: What is that?
The fragrance had quite a spicy aura at first, which made me think to myself: Nah, thanks - that's it.

But immediately afterwards I was fascinated.
A spicy, citrusy, pleasantly balanced blend developed, which I really like. The spiciness fades after a while, and a certain similarity to Imagination emerges.

However, I would not say that this is a dupe, as the fragrance is very independent.

If you like fragrances like Imagination, you can't go wrong here - especially at this price.
I can confidently recommend it!

Too much ginger for my taste
Fortunately, tastes are different, especially when it comes to fragrances.
When I read how many perfumers celebrate Essence de Blanc, then it can't really be a bad fragrance.
Unfortunately, it doesn't suit my taste at all.

Even the opening didn't convince me, the citric notes are too synthetic, almost like glue.
The orange is the most prominent for my nose.

Almost at the same time I smell ginger, the note gives me the rest.
It is totally pungent and unpleasant.
I notice tea much less in comparison to the other Imagination Dupes.

Ginger dominates until the end, the note remains quite sharp, plus this synthetic citric, eww.
Unfortunately a fragrance I wouldn't or couldn't wear.
I'm not a fan of ginger, especially when it smells so sharp and pungent.

H/S is above average.
For summer, when such a fragrance radiates better, you probably don't need many sprays to stand out.

Essence de Blanc is more of a fragrance for men (M80%/20%W).

Conclusion: I wanted to like it so much, because I'm always looking for something for the summer, but even the Saheb Intense I like better than the French Avenue around which there is a bigger hype.

Nevertheless, try it out and give it a chance.
As you can read in the reviews, there are a lot of people who think it's good.

Another imagination dupe
French Avenue is already a high-flyer brand from Fragrance World. In recent months, its popularity in Germany has increased significantly due to very solid alternatives to expensive niche fragrances. It's great that this brand is now also represented here, as an exchange about cheaper alternatives is a great thing for many people, especially if they don't have that much money. In most cases, I'm Team Original, but I still don't think a few cheaper alternatives are wrong. Of course, you have to make a lot of compromises in the details, but the fragrance DNA is captured well. With Imagination, it took a while for these Dubai twins to be launched by many brands in Germany. Apart from Zara's version, the forerunner is of course Lattafa's Art of Arabia I. However, this has a minty note that is a little more unique and had also disturbed some. This is not present here. Overall, a great alternative at a tenth of the price (around €30 per 100ml).

The packaging and bottle are typical of the Dubai Group. High-quality, somewhat pompous and quite well made for this price. The box is also of high quality.
Imagination is, of course, a board that cannot be copied extremely well by low-budget standards, probably due to the high-quality perfume oils and rich fragrance notes. However, there are some acceptable dupes on the market that are not that far off in terms of price. Of course, the perfect finishing touch is always missing. Here too. It's quite well made and it's really good in the air. If you smell it up close, it's a lot worse and there's also a bit more spice here. Nevertheless, a fragrance that I can absolutely recommend if you like the LV. The similarity in the air is easily 90% with this great citrus, tea, ginger, a light cinnamon spice and also ambroxan. This tea DNA from the LV has been well captured and this dupe is just as enjoyable as the original. You certainly can't do much better in this price range. A great soft tea DNA with citrus and a subtle spiciness.
Performance is of course a lot worse. Sillage is in the medium range, where the original naturally delivers from start to finish. The longevity is also "only" 5-6 hours, which is not too bad. At the price, you can re-spray without any problems or even for in between a great choice. Very satisfactory overall.

Essence de Blanc is a great fragrance. If you are looking for perfection, you should of course buy the original. Here you get a great taste of the DNA and especially in the air this fragrance smells very good.

there are cheaper alternatives to imagination
unfortunately, i can't say much about the durability of essence de blanc yet... i have it in the crook of my arm for 3 hours now and it can only be smelled from very close.

have tested Art of Arabia I, Sunrise on the Red Sand Dunes Eau de Parfum and Amber Oud Aqua Dubai...

first of all, i don't think aqua dubai goes in this direction at all, i thought it was terrible, totally overhyped!!!

i think essence de blanc is a bit spicier for the first half hour, "stronger" than zara or aoa!

in the drydown I find that the sillage decreases extremely... otherwise i think all three smell 95% the same! i have the feeling that zara performs best!
if you look at it from a financial perspective, i probably could have bought the original!
if i had to choose between the four, i would go straight for the zara as it's simply the cheapest and the h/s isn't really any different to the aoa... i still have to test the zara intense but that's not much more expensive either...
