.. where this fragrance behaves less like a shadow and more like a forward surge, signaling to everything and everyone: here I come.
The
Ombre Nomade is a special scent that is as annoying as it is breathtaking. Hated by many, loved by many, I know hardly any fragrance that polarizes as much. At first, I couldn't find much to appreciate in ON; I didn't think it was bad, but also not particularly good. My girlfriend still hates it to this day (“the worst perfume you have”).
By now, I love it more and more. This oriental rose-oud combination (as I've smelled countless times before), I also perceive a hint of leather. The incense gives it a nice depth in combination and makes it almost mystical.. strange that I say this about a perfume, but somehow this word comes to mind. The raspberry rounds it off with a subtle fruitiness.
Longevity and sillage are nuclear. Even an Arabians Tonka would have to pack it up. Fragrances generally last less long on my skin, but ON can still be detected the next day, and that is really intense.
LVMH mercilessly drives the price of this perfume towards absolute pain threshold. However, considering that with two sprays you can fog an entire residential area, it becomes clear that the bottle will probably suffice for 1-2 human lives. The application purpose is also relatively limited; it's not a scent for every day and for heaven's sake, please not in the
office and certainly not at the gym. If you're going out and want to stand out, then this fragrance is a good choice. Hate it or love it. For me, it's the latter.
