Since I got you, I can sleep better
I never thought that Montale also creates subtle fragrances. Unlike Infinity, Arabian Tonka, Dark Vanilla, etc., Oud Dream is not so loud and not so intrusive.
This is a quality that I truly appreciate because you don't always have to stand out when wearing a fragrance. You can also enjoy a scent on your own without necessarily wanting to "share" it with others.
This Montale doesn't smell as colorful and diverse; the main character is Oud, and in the background, you can detect a gentle rose (mind you, I'm not a fan of rose perfumes at all). The whole thing is rounded off by patchouli. Occasionally, I also catch a whiff of plum, especially before the dry down (I always think of
Infinity at that point). So don't expect special variations in the scent progression; Oud Dream is rather minimalist.
The longevity and sillage are, as mentioned, not as intense as with the traditional Montales, so I had to deduct points in my rating, but that is by no means a negative remark!
Due to its lightness and simple elegance, it can be worn both in leisure and at work, making it a relatively flexible fragrance for the colder season.
In that sense, sweet dreams

“I come here for everybody. I kill everybody. I'm the champ. I'm the king!”
Anyone who has watched UFC267 and/or follows Khamzat Chimaev has definitely heard this quote from him. But can
Khamzat - Smesh Extrait de Parfum be described with these words?
Not really, but I will get to that later.
Soon, on August 17th, Borz (Chimaev's nickname) will compete for the middleweight title. On this occasion, I take the opportunity to write my first review on Parfumo.
As a huge fan of the Chechen Wolf myself, I was thrilled when I heard about the collaboration with the Hungarian fragrance house “Superz.”
After I got
Soho Extrait de Parfum, it was clear that I would buy another perfume from this brand. In contrast to Soho, Khamzat Smesh easily lasts 10 to 12 hours with very good sillage and is still detectable on the skin the next day.
In that sense, it really “smashes” quite well. Wearing this scent, you will definitely stand out from the crowd, as it makes a very clear statement due to its intensity and reach.
So, what does it smell like? Personally, I find it very mature, masculine, and confident. In my opinion, it even leans a bit towards gourmand, as I can smell almonds or marzipan. It also has a certain festive quality due to the cinnamon, vanilla, and spice notes, without coming off as sticky-sweet.
A perfume that is more suitable for the colder seasons because of its warmth and spiciness.
Without a doubt, my signature fragrance.
Chimaev, I'm rooting for you, Alhamdulillah!
