Klementine's Favorite :)
Only the older ones will understand the title..everyone else, please fire up a search engine ;)

Never in my life did I think I would feel comfortable as a walking laundry detergent barrel!
But then I slowly started to like these pure, clean scents like "Chemise Blanche," "Glow," and "Aldhèyx" more and more.

"The muse" appeared frequently in the statements, and after DaveGahan's, the decision to buy was made.
Oh yes, I became a victim of the hype :D

I got exactly what I expected: full laundry detergent of the highest purity level in perfection!
And it is simply beautiful and gives me a wonderfully clean feeling.
The first spray catapults you directly and headfirst into the laundry detergent. Not dusty, but with a soapy creaminess. The feeling of rubbing soap flakes in your hand.
Clean, caring, pH-neutral, and still dazzlingly white!
Over time, the scent becomes milder. Like the scent of outdoor-dried white laundry, which also releases its fragrance over time - but never loses its pure radiance.
Visually, I always think of a freshly sharpened white colored pencil. A sharp tip that gradually becomes softer while painting.
A preference for synthetic scents is a prerequisite to enjoy this muse.

Stress - I don't care, I stay clean
Sweaty heat - doesn't bother me
Risk of failing deodorant - also irrelevant
Dirty weather - can't touch me
:D

I feel soapy clean!

To avoid any misunderstandings: dirty humor and wicked word creations go wonderfully with this purity too :-p

I wondered if this has anything to do with the current Corona pandemic? Hand washing, face masks, and the awareness of this invisible danger, which can only be partially defended against with distance and sensible hygiene.

For my laundry, I use detergent only in the smallest possible amount and generally do not use fabric softener. Therefore, my laundry never smells that intense. My neighbor doses much 'generously' and in summer, her laundry actually gives off a "The muse" vibe.

What I've noticed about this scent is the perception depending on the dosage. When sprayed a lot, the longevity is around ~6-7 hours. However, if I only apply a maximum of 2 sprays on my wrist, I can easily perceive the scent for over 10 hours.
This has not happened to me before. I think it has to do with adaptation.

By the way, this bottle is perfect for refilling with a syringe.

Stay clean ;)

In comparison
"Chemise blanche" - overall softer with a slight floral note (the colored pencil is soft)
"Glow@JenniferLopez" - fresh out of the shower, with creamy shower lotion

Dusty Grey
I acquired Grey Labdanum in the hope of learning more about the scent of labdanum, as Le Labo's "Labdanum18 / Ciste18 (Eau de Parfum)" is one of my absolute favorite fragrances.

I own the 15ml bottle, which comes in a somewhat oversized but beautiful cube-shaped box, from which the top part, taking up about 3/4 of the height, is removed, presenting the bottle standing in the bottom part. It has a simple design with a white magnetic cap. I like these magnetic caps and enjoy playing with them, as they can only be placed on many bottles in a specific position, causing them to spin :)

Right after spraying, a somewhat bitter, herbal scent emerges, reminiscent of a digestive bitter.
There’s nothing citrusy here unless the bitter peels of grapefruit and bitter orange are meant.

From this, smoke arises, at least something that leaves ashes behind. It evokes associations with grey and also dust - like the dust when driving over a gravel road. I can assess this quite well right now, as I have just shoveled and carted 1 ton of gravel.

A resinous note comes into play. However, the predominant scent remains the digestive bitter.

About 5 hours have passed now, during which I haven't tracked the progression, and the remaining scent reminds me of earthy patchouli on a dusty base.
This base can still be detected for several more hours.

I am not familiar with clary sage, and I do not perceive anything sage-like.

With the labdanum base, I had hoped for something along the lines of Le Labo's "Labdanum 18 / Ciste 18 (Eau de Parfum)," but these two fragrances are completely different.

This scent can be worn in all seasons, at all temperatures, and by all genders. I usually prefer patchouli in the summer even more.

It's very human....
The scent reminds me of human summer skin, with a slight note of sweat - which is not unpleasant at all. So, it has a somewhat dry, slightly sweet-salty direction. Warm summer skin with fresh sweat, which can be very attractive on certain people. No mustiness, no bacteria ;-)
Sounds strange, but I just can't find a better comparison.

Blackcurrant?? Grapefruit?? Lily?? Nope.
Slightly spicy musk, without pretensions. NOT clean musk!
Development - also nope.

Lasts a workday without reapplying, environmentally friendly sillage.
Gender-neutral.

What I notice after testing three Bond fragrances (Perfume and New York Amber) is this dusty impression that appears at the beginning of all of them. Based on the scent notes, I can't explain it. Maybe it is a/the Bond DNA.

Yes, I'm a wuss :D
referring to Mr. Jensemann's statement-responses :D

From the sample, I spread about two drops on my forearm....thankfully not more ;-)
Right from the start, a rather dense, animalistic note rises up. I find this to be VERY hard to get used to. The scent becomes increasingly resinous-sweet and conveys a feeling of a scent curtain - not a veil, more like dark velvet curtains. At the same time, there is also a somehow powdery impression.
I can't detect rose for the life of me, rice powder - hm, yes, if that refers to this dusty-powdery note.

Applied about three hours ago, the scent itself has remained the same, but is noticeably thinner and quieter. As if diffuse light from outside is penetrating through the moth-eaten holes in the curtain.

The animalistic scent component reminds me a lot of Lui. However, it lacks the 'powdery sweetness' present here. So NOT a twin, rather a distant relative. Both are true "stinkers" :D

I don't like it on me and I wouldn't prefer it on someone nearby either.

And yes, Jensemann, you are right :P

P.S. The rating of 4.5 is for the truly "good" implementation of the name.

Confusions...
What is wrong with me???
There was this sample. Well, "women's scent" after all. Not really my thing. But it has been sitting here for so long. So I spray it on, just to check it off the list. Pschhhhh. Hm, sweet. But beautifully powdery. And somehow really nice. .......Really nice. ??? Wtf? Hours later still nice. Somehow not really my style. Still incredibly nice. Like being cozily wrapped up. Powdery, feminine. Really.
Next day: okay, let’s see how it goes when I wear it for the day. It can’t possibly please me all day, it will be too much for me after a few hours at the latest. Sweet girlie stuff. But...think again, darling...in the background there’s a lovely spice that offers a pleasant counterbalance to the sweetness. And this powdery...a dream!
After the third day, when the sample was completely used up, I looked online for the best deal.

Just to be sure, I asked my friend who hates perfume tests: I don’t smell anything. It smells like you, like your skin.
:-))))

I can’t name individual notes for the life of me. All the notes work perfectly together. This sweetness is thick and syrupy, but not "sticky" - so no LVEB or anything like that. Apparently, the sillage is also rather low, no wafting cloud around me.
On my skin, it lasts at least 9 hours, on clothing for days. I have no pain threshold anyway. And if my friend doesn’t use the dreaded word "overpowering" and gives such a lovely compliment to a scent, then nothing can go wrong!
Next week I’ll have the bottle here with me and then I will indulge until it bursts ;-)

And if I really overdo it, I’ll hear about it right away :D
