I've wanted to dedicate a personal review to a fragrance for a long time because I always find it interesting to read the enthusiasm with which some perfumers talk about special fragrances
Unfortunately, I am not nearly as eloquent, but I wanted to try to dedicate one to one of my favorites.

While browsing for fragrances that I could potentially like, I always ended up with Narcos'is so I put it on my wish list and always checked if a bottling is available but unfortunately not.

At some point, due to a personal success, I thought to myself, come on, reward yourself and treat yourself to the fragrance, so I checked the pyramid again and was only slightly skeptical about the rhubarb, but all the other notes sounded perfect to me

Package received opened and directly the 1st wow moment what a beautiful presentation luxurious, noble but not over the top exaggerated.
The same game with the bottle again: high-quality, solid and heavy but no unnecessary gimmicks.
So the first spray is carefully placed on the back of the hand with the hope that it won't be a blind buy disappointment

Now to the fragrance:
The very first cloud that came towards me let me know wow this is good
The rhubarb enters the stage right at the beginning and is very present, it becomes bitter, sour but also sweet, I was overwhelmed by the first impression, so I took a deep breath and smelled it again.
Here the first skepticism is already spreading - was that the rhubarb or was it the coffee that was bitter or was it the rhubarb and this sweetness that is mango or is it the peach.
Here the fragrance lives up to its name, as if stunned or intoxicated, you have the feeling that the fragrance notes are playing and dancing with each other
They are so interwoven and every time you think you've figured it out, it's one step further.
But without being unpleasantly chaotic, in its entirety it is definitely primarily fruity and spicy but in its course it is more than just that.

The first time I wore it to work and after the fragrance had been on my skin and clothes for a good 6 hours and I hadn't really noticed it myself, the first colleague said "Hey, what fragrance are you wearing that smells mega great".
The next day, I proudly brought a bottle with me here Try this is the fragrance and immediately got a confused, slightly skeptical look "it seems much more bitter and fruity than yesterday .... or not".

For me, Narcos'is is the definition of a niche fragrance - it's simply a high-quality luxury product, has a unique DNA that you don't smell every day, but is wearable and has never offended anyone
You can spend a long time wearing it without it coming across as a "test strip fragrance".
I have been able to smell it on my clothes for days afterwards and it also projects very pleasantly.

A fragrance that made it into my collection through so many coincidences, but which I simply wouldn't want to be without today.
