I really hadn't expected this, as I hadn't heard of the fragrance before, neither in the turquoise store nor in other perfumeries. So my expectations were also very subdued. Quite wrongly! Bespoke is a very aromatic leather fragrance that I really like. The opening top note is filled with rum, which goes really well with the vetiver and cypress in the heart note. I really like it and it makes me want more. The fragrance has a very optimistic beginning and then leads into an ambery base of leather and tobacco. This makes the fragrance very masculine without being overpowering. On the contrary: this sensual component makes the fragrance really seductive. A real discovery for me, because aromatic leather fragrances are very rare. I am so impressed that I am considering buying the fragrance for the summer, because that is where I would best place it. Overall, a totally positive appearance with the typical British understatement, an excellent job by Christian Provenzano. The fragrance is perfect for the man who successfully goes his own way. And the price-performance ratio is also right. So what more could you want? Super!

Elysium pour Homme by Roja Parfums is a wonderful citrusy, feel-good fragrance for everyday use. The start with grapefruit and lemon is very refreshing and makes you want more. The heart of blackcurrant, lily of the valley and apple makes you feel optimistic and finds a sensual, beguiling end in its base of musk and ambergris. I had Elysium bottled at my favorite perfumery because Roja doesn't provide ready-made fragrance samples. I then applied it to my skin at home and I am thrilled. All the ingredients harmonize very well with each other, it is very balanced. A perfect dailies fragrance for the office, but also good for dating. Its velvety and erotic qualities are remarkable. It adheres very well to the skin and radiates well. The only thing to criticize is the price, but if you want to give yourself a good gift for Christmas, Elysium is a very good choice. Great!

The cinnamon opening of Herod by Parfums de Marly is perfect for the winter and Christmas season, when delicious vanilla crescents and speculoos are on sale everywhere. There is a slight peppery note, but it does not overwhelm the fragrance, on the contrary: it leads to the heart of incense and tobacco, which interacts perfectly with the cinnamon. The vanilla in the base is a congenial match and makes this fragrance so delicious. I had my favorite perfumery, Brückner on Munich's Odeonsplatz, give me a bottle without any problems so that I could apply the fragrance to my skin at home. I am really quite taken with this fragrance, which is very subtle. It is like a second skin. The bottle is very heavy, but of high quality, like the whole product. It's worth the high price. But so far, the fragrances from Parfums de Marly have never disappointed me, and Herod also knows how to please. So, if you want to wear a fragrance without having to go out on a limb, you should definitely give Herod a try. Very nice!

The constant interplay of green mandarin and vetiver is very successful. The fragrance is fresh and pure and is ideal as a daytime scent for the office. Its longevity is remarkable. I went to my favorite perfumery, Brückner, on Munich's Odeonsplatz yesterday and had the fragrance sprayed onto a spray strip and then onto my wrist. The difference was immense. Even this morning I could still smell the scent on my skin, which has changed sensually. Really great. The sillage is also above average, it radiates well and adheres very well to the skin. Only a few sprays are needed to be prepared for the whole day. The price-performance ratio is also excellent. If you like vetiver fragrances, you should definitely try Incident Diplomatique. Back in 1988, when Fahrenheit was launched on the German market, it was like a sweet nectar that captivated everything, filling the room. When do you ever have that in these times of cheap imitations? It's a bit unfortunate that the fragrance has lost that sweet stickiness that made it so seductive back then, but that's probably because amber is no longer allowed to be extracted from animals. Nevertheless, it has retained its DNA and still adheres well to the skin. Fahrenheit is a womenizer, so I recommend wearing it on a date. It is affordable and worth buying. I travel back in time with it every day and yet look forward to the future with hope. A masterpiece!
