In an orchestra full of harmony, the frankincense here takes center stage. Both in the top note and in the base, a rare composition. Yet completely successful! The beginning ignites longing and culminates in a heart of benzoin and labdanum, which ground the fragrance and give it something mystical. The ambroxan combined with the frankincense in the base makes the scent soft, sensual, and seductive. A fragrance that is likely to appeal more to men who are emotionally strong and adventurous. I also appreciate the vanilla note at the end of the fragrance journey, so I would wear Sable Nuit by Armani more in the autumn and winter months.

Sable Nuit from Armani Privé invites you to dream and reminisce.
A very pleasing frankincense scent that brings a pleasant spiciness. Not too strong and not too weak, the skillful blend stands out.
Clearly potent at the beginning, however, its strength fades quickly.

The cedar and patchouli ground it. Wonderful progression. The transition phase is fluid.
Towards the end, the frankincense comes back and is brightened by the pleasant vanilla.
An intriguing scent. An intimate scent.

Longevity and sillage, in my opinion, could be improved.
