Embracing Cloud
White is a very feminine, soft, and elegant fragrance. Rose, musk, iris, and sandalwood create a pleasantly understated scent that feels cozy, calming, and pure. White can definitely provide a sense of security!

At the beginning, I mainly perceive musk with a slightly spicy and nutty accord (no idea where that comes from). Soon, the rose and iris approach, making the fragrance velvety-powdery. Additionally, a sweet citrus note is present almost all the time. As White slowly fades, a herbal-fresh depth emerges.

The sillage is somewhat weaker than I would expect from such a high concentration of fragrance oil, but it fits the character of the scent, and you definitely notice it consistently. Longevity is about 8 hours on my skin. I find that the fragrance can be worn absolutely on any occasion; it always fits.

The rose-sandalwood-iris-musk combination is truly nothing groundbreaking, but White might be the best in its class simply because it is incredibly noble and high-quality.
You can smell the high quality, but you also pay for it. Personally, it’s not worth the money to me, mainly because the scent feels too straightforward and generic. However, White will surely bring a lot of joy to its wearers.

Velvety Rose Petals Dipped in Raspberry Cream
I am a fan of the La Nuit Trésor line. That’s why I had to test the latest flanker, Dentelle de Roses, of course.

Dentelle de Roses definitely has the same fragrance DNA as the original La Nuit Trésor, but in my opinion, it differs enough from all the perfumes in the line that it’s worth purchasing Dentelle de Roses.
Very sweet raspberries dominate at the beginning, which become creamier over time, and soon a velvety rose joins in.
Dentelle de Roses is, like all La Nuit Trésor perfumes, neither too girly nor too old-fashioned, making it suitable for every woman. I also find it more wearable than the other La Nuit Trésors, which tend to work better in the evening or for special occasions. Dentelle de Roses can be worn more daily. It is a bit weaker in performance, but still very noticeable in the air.

My expectations were met. If you like the La Nuit Trésors, then Dentelle de Roses is a safe blind buy.

Reference Amber Scent
Ambre Loup is a wonderful, multi-layered, warm amber fragrance.

The opening pushes me to my limits every time - sharp, animalic, smoky. But it's worth it! After about 10 minutes, the full magic of Ambre Loup unfolds.
It is an amber scent with many facets: woody, spicy, smoky, powdery, resinous, and just the right amount of sweetness.
In the drydown, tonka bean and vanilla are quite present on my skin, and I keep sensing a tobacco note that isn't listed.

The longevity is excellent, but the sillage could be better, as it becomes more intimate after about 2 hours.

Amber fans must try this!
I am still exploring amber fragrances. Ambre Loup is definitely the new benchmark.

Not worth the hype
One almost feels like they missed out on something if they didn't test Angels’ Share by Kilian last year.
When I recently saw a good offer, I jumped at the chance and bought the fragrance blind. Well, not really blind, as there are quite a few fragrance twins mentioned that I know.

Right off the bat: For anyone here who also has fear of missing out - it's all good, you’re not missing anything groundbreaking with Angels’ Share.
The opening is spectacular, but afterwards it smells like many other fragrances, some of which are significantly more affordable.
Angels’ Share is still a fabulous scent with good performance, even if longevity and sillage could be better.
The combination of sweet cognac, tipsy vanilla, delicate woods, and a lot of cinnamon is absolutely unisex and wearable daily in the colder seasons.

Sometimes I detect something minty in the drydown (toothpaste? After Eight?), which I absolutely cannot place.

So this is what a lava lamp smells like
I am an absolute victim of flacons and concepts. Of course, first and foremost, a fragrance must convince me with its scent, but oh Lord, a lava lamp as a scent! I need it! 240€ for 100ml. Well, that's when my eye starts to twitch nervously. But you have to shake it before spraying, and it sparkles in the sun!
Bought!

Now let's get to the (slightly) essential part: What does Cloud Collection smell like? Herb-fruity and woody. I perceive a lot of sea buckthorn. There’s no trace of jasmine, and the woods only mix in towards the end, but they always stay in the background.
Sea buckthorn is by far my favorite "clean" scent note. It always gives me associations with sun-kissed skin and freshly washed laundry drying outside in the summer. And actually, Cloud Collection smells exactly like that to me.
It is warm, creamy-fruity, sensual, sweet, and yet lightly fresh. This is by no means a sticky sweetness, which is why it can be worn well even in hot temperatures.
Apparently, the scent is supposed to smell different depending on the weather. On some days, the perfume was less woody and reminded me more of crème brûlée in the later scent development. However, I couldn't establish a connection with the weather on those days. I rather think that the partly different scent perception is due to the ISO-E-Super. In fact, the flacon is a weather frog. If the upper liquid is clear, the weather will be nice; if it is completely cloudy, it will be overcast. Of course, you don't really gain anything from that, but I still find it nice.
And speaking of ISO-E-Super, that stuff always makes it hard for me to assess the sillage. At times, you think there's nothing left, and in the next moment, the scent completely envelops you again. However, I get approached about the scent relatively often, so it seems to be well perceived.
The longevity is enormous in any case. On the skin, it lasts at least 24 hours, and on clothing, it feels like forever.

Is Cloud Collection worth the price? I think so. Of course, this whole scent concept is ultimately nothing more than a nice gimmick, which will hardly be a buying argument for the average perfume wearer. But who is normal here on Parfumo? And I’m sold with these two color layers.
Cloud Collection is special, not only the perfume itself but also the scent. I know and have some other sea buckthorn fragrances, but this one stands out significantly.
Certainly not a perfume for everyone. But you should test it!
