The name explains everything
The big evening..... name describes this fragrance more perfectly than any other.
A masterpiece of perfume. From the bottle to the lid to the glass to the color of the perfume, it embodies the luxury you expect and deserve in this price range.
A fragrance made for the Palace of Versailles.
A sweetness that is completely different, combined with the other fragrance notes it has this soft and light spiciness that gives the fragrance depth. You can recognize a clear progression. At the beginning it is a little harder on the nose and after a short time it becomes softer and more harmonious. The amber and vanilla work perfectly together and form the ideal base for the remaining fragrance notes.
A composition that is perfectly coordinated. I think the most appropriate term is "perfect". No more but also no less, that's exactly how perfect it is.
You have to wear this fragrance if you want to smell like class and elegance.
Before it was the Angels Share by Kilian for me but now it is definitely the Grand Soir.
If you try this fragrance, please wear it. Spray it on your skin and you will notice that the fragrance needs a short time to develop into its true self.
I don't need to say much about the durability and sillage. Both are above average but never unpleasant. I would even go as far as to say that you can't spray too much.
But that doesn't mean you should, as 3-5 sprays are more than enough for the whole day, let alone the evening.
By far the best MFK. Perfumer Francis Kurkdijan has really outdone himself with this symphony. A bravura performance by Parfum.
All in all, really a fragrance for the top 3 list and perhaps even the best for me.

Pure luxury in a bottle
This fragrance really offers luxury on a new level. Every time I apply this perfume and pick up the bottle, I am reminded of how much work and luxury has gone into the bottle alone. It reminds you of an expensive cognac glass, with a first-class finish.
But that's not all. The fragrance also conveys the same values. Expensive cognac with nutty/sweet notes that make it one of the best gourmand fragrances. If you want to wear this fragrance, you can't just wear anything. You have to adapt to the fragrance. A pressed shirt, suit trousers and nice loafers are the minimum.
The fragrance really makes you feel like you're sitting in a Davidoff lounge. A Cuban cigarette in one hand and a fine cognac in the other.
Finally, I can only mention that the durability and sillage of the fragrance are really above average. For me, the fragrance lasts all day without any problems.

I just had to write a review
I've had the fragrance for about a week now and what can I say, I love it.
The more I smell it, the more I like it. I can't quite put my finger on what makes it so perfect but this lemon cake-like scent just blows me away. It's rare that I use fragrances at home for myself just to smell them, but that's the case with this one.
I put it on my wrist just to sniff it while watching TV.
I've smelled and bought a lot of fragrances in my life, but this has been my best purchase so far.
It's just a shame that the fragrance only lasts a few hours. After applying it, it is completely gone after about 4-5 hours and the sillage is moderate for 1-2 hours.
However, I bought a small spray bottle so that I always have it with me and can reapply it.

It all started with this
I'm really not the long review type but with this perfume I just had to give my unfiltered opinion as I think the reviews are really below average.
My fragrance frenzy started about 2 1/2 years ago. At that time, I didn't know anything about fragrances, but I had contact with them here and there. So I finally decided to buy my first real perfume.
I went to the nearest Douglas and sniffed various fragrances. At that time, I still had an untrained nose and little to no contact with fragrances.
Then I tried Luna Rossa Ocean and I liked it straight away.
It's a very fresh, aquatic fragrance, but it doesn't lack that certain HMPF. It is not a typical marine fragrance that only reminds you of the water. It reflects the entire sea. It has a very pleasant depth that goes into the woody and only scratches the leathery note a little. You can also smell the fruity notes very well, which also takes the fragrance in a citrus direction.
It doesn't develop very much in the time you wear it, but it doesn't have to, as it is already relatively complex. The fragrance is therefore more on the monotonous side, which does not mean that it is boring. It has almost completed its development at the beginning and only changes a little.
The longevity is also bad for me in the slightest. After 7-8 hours I can still perceive it and in the first 4-5 hours it projects well for a rather fresh fragrance.
All in all, a very pleasantly fresh fragrance that you can use almost all the time.
