Hey, dear perfumes
I have to tell you something briefly. I'm often at my grandma's house and it's only now that I've gotten around to looking at and sniffing the little perfume miniatures that have been on her nostalgic make-up cabinet for a long time. Including this first original Dior Addict.

OMG, what is this.... i can't get over it. A dream of a perfume opens up to me, and that after so many years... or even decades... that it's been there.

Thick, warm, high-quality vanilla, heavy and incredibly seductive, which manages to become even more beautiful with time. Awesome!

Before my eyes I see a pretty, confident woman in a small dark bar, wearing a beautiful, heavy fur coat and underneath the sexiest little black dress you can imagine. She elegantly and slowly slips her coat off her shoulders and looks so seductive that it leaves both men and women breathless. She feels the stares, but they don't unsettle her, on the contrary, she enjoys them and sits down at a table with confidence. Yes, and all this self-confidence is underlined by this wonderful fragrance.


For me, it is pure seduction, sexiness, self-confident, heavy, wicked, dark, mystical, dreamlike, stunning, and so much more. My disappointment to read here that it is no longer available in this form is unspeakable. If any of you know of a fragrance that comes close to this one, please let me know.
I am absolutely thrilled and hopefully I will manage to lure this miniature away from her. So far, the longevity is mega and lingers in my nose. I applied it 5 hours ago and am already so in love with it that I have to write a review about how much it moves me. A perfume has to do that first.

I smell an aromatic dark cherry surrounded by the finest chocolate. You could say: a Mon Cherie praline unfolds in front of you and exudes a delicious, I can't say it any other way, delicious scent to bite into. For me, it's perfect for winter and really comes into its own in the cold. I just have to keep sniffing my wrist to fall into this delicious chocolate again and again.

I'm glad I made this blind buy, but I was already pretty sure I was going to like it, and I wasn't disappointed.

I also really like the bottle, I like this modern design and the shape of the bottle. The gold of the writing on this dark red steals the intensity of the fragrance for me.
The longevity is good, but after about 3 hours it becomes a little more skin-like, but that doesn't bother me. I still wear it for a long time and it's enough for me to enjoy it and not let everyone know that I'm in the room. You don't necessarily want that all the time.

This purchase was a fluke. I actually wanted to test and buy another fragrance, but unfortunately it wasn't for me. Out of sheer disappointment, I tested Café Rose by Tom Ford as I was completely surprised that the price was so "low". Tom Ford fragrances are usually rather expensive and somehow overpriced for me. That's why I had never bought one before. I was therefore also unfamiliar with its predecessor. Fortunately, I would almost say, because what I read here really shocked me. For me, it is simply beautiful, I love it and have already received so many compliments. The rose is very strong, but as a rose fan I think
that's great. I don't really need to mention that the café just floats by and isn't really there, as many others say the same. But I think that the café somehow brings this depth. But of course it's irritating when Café is in the name but not really clearly perceptible.

I always look forward to wearing it with great anticipation. I know that I am then spending a day with a wonderful fragrance that stays around me for a long time and somehow invigorates me.
H/S are already very good, and I think the bottle is beautiful, classy and a great color. All in all, I'm delighted with it and will definitely buy more when it runs out.

I was strolling through a luxury department store with my boyfriend and tested some perfumes, including Gypsy Water by Byredo. I was immediately taken with it and couldn't stop sniffing my wrist. It was a stunning fragrance that was impossible for me to define, which only made it more interesting for me. We strolled on and shortly before leaving the department store I was hooked. So I went back and quickly went to the checkout with my new treasure. There it rang for a short time, measured against the one at home, the disappointment came. Well, what can I say, the scent on my wrist was gone when we got home. The only thing I could still smell was the scent that was still on my sleeve, but it was no longer on my skin. I was disappointed and once again annoyed with myself. When will I learn not to buy a perfume immediately, but to take my time and see how it develops or how quickly it disappears.
Now it was there and 3 days later I tried to start again with it... I sprayed myself heavily and there it was again, the complete rapture of the scent. A walk in the woods on a cool, dark morning with ripe grass and chirping birds.
Vanilla is the slow rising sun that brings a comforting warmth.
This fragrance makes me feel boundlessly unrestricted and free. Something no fragrance has ever done before. I love it BUT...
S/H are still subterranean and therefore the price is not justified. I really have to spray a lot to notice it a little longer than from 12 to noon.... very very sad.

In my mind, I'm standing in a dark, cold room with a heavy old closet. When I open it, it creaks a little and inside hangs the scarf of the lady who must have once lived here. She must have regularly sprayed herself with thick vanilla perfume and this scent still hangs in this old colorful scarf and makes me shiver more than the cold in this room. Phew, old-fashioned is probably the word for me. I definitely don't see it on younger women. Fortunately, it was just a sample that came with my last perfume order.
