When a Woman Wears This, She is Daddy
Tobacco is treated as a gourmand. It's luxurious, velvety, and spicy (autumn pie spices). It's thick, and conjures images of mahogany desks and leather chairs with patina. The vanilla is creamy and a little boozy, slightly addictive. Strong projection and lasts for hours. It's a loud, unapologetic scent.
Old Lana del Rey
The vibe is old era Lana del Rey, alone in a desert in a white wrinkled dress with dust on her sandals. Cool fruity opening, a little like watery unripe pear/cactus hybrid. Ambrette brings a slightly sweaty body heat quality. Interesting but balanced juxtaposition between its crisp, clean, powdery and fruity floral and a "dirty" skin scent that makes it addictive. It's still office-friendly, though, surprisingly, because of that fruity floral quality.
Oud Jasmine
Clean, and elegant, but not loud. More petals rose forward than than jasmine. Feminine. Powdery cosmetic quality but there is is some translucence with a pleasant sweetness (not gourmand). The amber is warm, not resinous. It’s a very classic French fragrance. Has the feeling of a vintage silk blouse.
