I'm gathering some data about fragrance preferences that may help the community some day.
If you could have only five fragrances -- like if you were stranded on a desert island with your five top favorites -- what would those five be?
What's interesting I think is that this exercise is not just your top 5 favorite fragrances. For me especially, I generally gravitate towards interesting and polarizing scents that don't work for all occasions. For "desert island" frags , one has to consider versatility as well, and also coverage (can't pick 5 cool-weather gourmands even though that may be your favorite fragrance type, for example). Taking that into consideration, I'd say:
4. Montabaco Parfum - casual, everyday, signature
Shooting Stars - Nio - warm weather freshie
Haltane - evening/going out
Angels' Share - cool weather gourmand
Royal Oud - formal
OMG... It's such a difficult question, I really couldn't choose only 5 because I absolutely adore hundreds of perfumes... It would be easier to pick at least 50 😂 But I want to help you with your research so I'll randomly pick 5 current top favourites.
