My mother is a huge fan of 
A Drop d'Issey Eau de Parfum and I wanted to ask if you know anything cheaper, that smells simmilar, because she isn't really into fragerances and the 100€ is way too much so that she would buy it herself. But I still want to suprise her in way that is not finacially demolishing.

Pani Walewska - Classic . It's not expensive. If you're close from the Polish border, you'll find it easily. If not, it's available online. It's rather closed from

5th Avenue Eau de Parfum. A classic floral with a lilac opening, easy to find and also a cheapy one.

Agreed, but most mothers won't accept gifts that are financially demolishing for their children. That's one of the reasens they're wonderful creatures.
Sorry not to be as creative as the others, but maybe a smaller bottle of A Drop d'Issey Eau de Parfum would do the trick? I see there are 30ml available for around 34 € by a famous discounter. Hope you'll find something great for your mother!
