Has anyone ever bought direct from Guerlain (ie: the website

Because I just did and I’m a little nervous! 😬 

Never did, but what are you nervous about? The perfume houses are usually great at shipping and I expect no less from Guerlain.

I have (in Europe) and Never had a Problem.

First time jitters and nervously excited for the samples/freebie they are also gifting me. Also, they are shipping to me via UPS and I don’t trust that shipping company (I’ve had lots of egregious problems with them.) Hopefully everything ends up okay.

I have and the presentation was spectacular! When you order directly from the fragrance houses, they don't skimp out on the presentation. 

What @DrDre10 said ++.  Haven't bought from Guerlain direct but have bought direct from Chanel.  Man, the way the fume was packaged made this country boy feel like he was their only customer.

I bought the latest Shalimar directly from their US web site. No problem at all!

WHEE! I’m so excited!!! UPS says they’ll deliver Thursday which is surprisingly fast. Hopefully, I get it then. 

I love buying from the Guerlain website. The details of their packaging enhance the whole process. They have recently lowered the amount of free samples from three to two, unfortunately.  I hope they don't reduce that even further. Otherwise it feels very luxury - I hope the experience will be the same for you! <3

Oh yeah, that's my preferred way to purchase their products. Shipping is fast and the packaging really does enhance the luxe feeling. Their makeup is also to die for, if you want an extra little treat!

I never bought perfumes from their website because they are more expensive, but on their website I read reviews of people being very enthousiastic about the presentation and the delivery so I guess you'll be very happy  

Since I started buying directly from the Guerlain website, I've been receiving high-end catalogs and samples. They mostly feature new products from their top line, like serums and so on. Honestly, I don't buy them, though🤭

I wouldn’t mind receiving bourgeoisie Guerlain catalogs with samples and stuff, personally. I do use the Abeille Royale serum and now experimenting with the other Abeille face cream etc samples they sent me. 10/10.

I just bought L'Homme Idéal Cologne Forte from their site (because I want it badly and it's not in stores). I'm in Los Angeles and it's already shipped. They let me choose two samples too. I have no idea what those will smell like but if all goes well with the delivery I'll order from them again. Of course only when I'm willing to pay retail. I usually try to buy from Jomashop or FragFlex. But of course new releases won't be found on discounters.
