Fresh, Minty, and Effortlessly Wearable: A Casual Scent with Invictus DNA

Recently grabbed this one. Starts of fresh and slightly sweet to my nose. I haven't smelled Invictus Platinum , so I cannot comment on how close this lands to that one. However, I do get the typical Invictus Eau de Toilette DNA , but it is not overpowering. I clearly pick up Cyrpress and mint which also give slightly green vibe. It's a nice casual, everyday scent which can be worn pretty much all year round, but shines in Spring and light summer. Longevity wise, it performs decent, though it needed a bit of maceration on my end.

The first fragrance from the Armaf's Odyssey line that I don't like

Apart from Aqua I have tried Black, White and Tyrant, all of them are at least good in my opinion. However, Aqua is the first product from the Armaf's Odyssey line that I unfortunately cannot say that I like. It reacts with my skin in an unpleasant way, creating a strange, soapy-sweet, chemical smell that I cannot stand for longer periods of time. At first I thought it was just a usual harsh ME opening, but once it dries it doesn't get any better.

Longevity and projection are excellent, without any need for maturing. The price is also very good.

Try before you buy, hopefully it just might work for you.

Invictus Green Fresh

The Odyssey Aqua by Armaf opens with a vibrant citrus freshness. In the heart note, mint unfolds, providing a cool, green freshness. As it develops, Ambroxan adds depth and masculine elegance to the fragrance.

Although Odyssey Aqua bears a certain resemblance to Invictus Platinum, it is less sweet, instead being fresher and greener. Similarity approximately 70-75%.

Performance:
The longevity on my skin is about 7-8 hours, with projection being particularly strong in the first few hours and lasting around 6 hours.

Conclusion:
Armaf Odyssey Aqua is a refreshing all-rounder, ideal for spring and summer. Those looking for an elegant fresh scent that balances sportiness and sophistication will find exactly what they are looking for here.

BelowAverage longevity in a hot weather. 6-7hrs if in cold environment. Projecting for 1-1 1/2hrs on my skin with 2 spray each spot. 4mos mature

Sparkling fruit soda in the opening, which becomes herbaceous and spicier in the dry down, somewhat reminiscent of Maahir Legacy. Feels more premium to me.
