The "cat pee" allegations are false (or highly dramatic)

Went to see the reviews before buying this, as I LOVE blackcurrant and love the sweet aspect, still decided to buy it. LOT of these reviews were talking about the fact that it smells like "cat piss" because of the blackcurrant. (please do not believe in that)

It does have a sour note, but NOT like cat pee but more a greenish note? At the beginning it's like a green leaf mix with cassis, it fades into blackcurrant chewy candy, cute.

Sadly I dislike green notes so It's not my favourite... But I'm glad (I have 3 cats and heavily TRAUMATIZED by cat pee.) Well I'm glad it's not as bad.

Honestly, I'm happy it smell exactly like the accords, a very green and earthy blackcurrant, quite sweet and also minty like.

It's like running through a forest and eating blackcurrant while having a lollipop in the bag. I just wish it was less green and more sweet !

Not too much!

I wanted to wait to review this body spray until I used it multiple times to really get a feel for how much to use and how to use it. It's definitely a scent not for everyone, and if I'm not careful with how much I spray, it starts to venture into the cat pee territory that many people experience.

For me, if I shake it up before I use it and if I spray the air and walk into the mist, it becomes this beautifully sweet, comforting scent I crave from the bubble bar. I love wearing this to work, because it reminds me of my coziest sweatshirts, whether I'm wearing them or not. It's become a my go-to this fall and winter!

This fragrance reminds me of something from my childhood...

I went to Lush because I was "influenced" !!! It was mainly about body sprays and so I walked purposefully to the corner of the store where the treasures were hanging on the wall to try. I tried my way through the entire range...
I kept sniffing the tester and my arms...what does this fragrance remind me of???? Fruity: YES, but only cassis? What the hell is that? I like it, I can't say why exactly. I just have to keep smelling my wrist. Flashbacks from childhood, for sure! A sweet perhaps???
When I got home, I let my husband have a sniff. He is anything but a fragrance junkie, so his broad grin irritated me at first.
That's new! He likes a fragrance immediately...?
What does the scent remind you of?
Answer: It reminds me of the Blendi children's toothpaste I used to use! Tadaa!!! That's what I've been pondering for the last 2 hours.

Now not everyone will share this weakness for this fragrance, but for me it was love at first sniff. Why not, actually. I feel comfortably enveloped with this fragrance, it's not called "Comforter" for nothing! Try it out for yourself!
