My signature scent
I picked this up not realizing how distinctive it is. Warm, tart earth, masculine leaning sweetness, with a bite of spice with the pepper bush.
If I lean in or hug someone, I am 75% of the time going to get a positive comment without asking. People who don't know perfume have said 'you smell great'. People who know perfume ask 'what is this, it is so different, I love it.'
I wear it to the office and it has become part of my personal style. It lasts the whole day, but the sillage is not too intense (which is key because that would be a problem at work). I actually prefer Alkemia for this reason because they are so inspired but their scents don't fill the room. Those kind of perfumes (sorry Eros) can actually be a negative socially in the wrong setting.
I add a hint of Alkemia's The Raven to make the smell my own but it does well by itself. This is my go to and truly an exquisite fragrance. I went from a sample to a full bottle of their EDP. It gives me a ton of confidence.
