I had high expectations once again: a girly glitter bottle, delicious scent notes that I usually like, and a fun name. I hadn't tested any Loewe fragrances before, so I was particularly curious about "I loewe you tonight."
The fragrance starts off quite fresh and zesty; however, it smells like a thousand other women's perfumes. It quickly develops a warm scent on my skin, with the violet coming through clearly and the magnolia note smelling like original DuschDas-Magnolia. Overall, the Loewe has a rather tame shampoo character that it doesn't lose even after many hours of half-hearted party attempts. And what remains is a bit of musk and thin patchouli - quite well-behaved and unremarkable. What a pity. It certainly doesn't have a typical "night character." I would rather wear it for grocery shopping.
"I loewe you tonight" is certainly not a bad fragrance. It smells fine and rounded. But just not special at all.
