For true vanilla lovers
I am surprised to see that no one has reviewed this yet. In my opinion this is a really good vanilla fragrance. It is a popular note. In my collection I have no less than 196 perfumes with vanilla, which is approximately a third of it. So how does Alyssa Ashley Vanilla stand out?
Well, first of all I get compliments when wearing it. Most people comment on it when they get close to me, since the sillage is discreet. My own thought about it is that is leaves a genuine impression. Both Hypnotic Poison by Dior and Kenzo Amour are lovely vanillas but AAV is all about Vanilla - and the best vanilla you can get, if you ask me.
As I wrote, this is not a loud scent. But it is enduring. On my skin it lasts more than ten hours.
