It smells better than regular Maria Regale.
This is the "night version" of Maria Regale Eau de Parfum , a fragrance designed to improve the quality of your sleep.
"A peaceful moment to unwind on long autumn nights. A fragrance that will add color to your relaxing time before bed. Last year, the special fragrance "Sweet Dream Maria" was released to commemorate Fernanda's 15th anniversary, and after receiving such positive feedback, it's back in limited quantities this year! Developed with the theme of "time to gently balance your mind and body," "Sweet Dream Maria" is based on the brand's most popular scent, "Maria Rigale," and incorporates the latest fragrance technology and environmentally friendly, sustainable ingredients and formulas. The gentle fragrance evokes relaxation, and the packaging design, based on Maria Rigale colors and inspired by a dreamy sky, is also noteworthy In today's world, where the quality of sleep is crucial, we hope the "Sweet Dream Maria" fragrance will support you in enjoying a comfortable time."
I personally prefer this scent to regular Maria Rigale. While there's nothing "vanillary" about the note, it actually smells very creamy. It's like a fine, fine lather.
The design is a bit "Harajuku"-esque, isn't it? But in reality, rather than a pop, casual scent, it's more of a "somewhere between gourmand and shampoo." The jasmine doesn't have an indole-like quality, and I don't really detect any jasmine sambac. It's used to add depth, like a bass note in music. So it's not a scent for jasmine fans.
The pear and apple aren't prominent. It just adds a touch of fruitiness.
Overall, the shampoo notes are mellow and slightly milky, making it a scent that blends seamlessly into your everyday life. It's a scent you can wear year-round. It's a fragrance that gives a sense of cleanliness and calm to both men and women, from teenagers to sophisticated adults.
It's also recommended for those who aren't a fan of gourmand scents but want a fruity, fresh scent.
It also uses "upcycled fragrance ingredients extracted from jasmine that would have been discarded at the flower market. What's more, it's a vegan-formulated* fragrance, making it a gentle fragrance that is kind to both people and the environment." (*Does not contain ingredients derived from vertebrates or multicellular invertebrates)
