The fragrance that started my journey

I used to have only have 1 fragrance at a time that used for all occasions, day or night, summer or winter. It was the beginning of 2019 when i first got my nose on Azzaro Wanted by Night. Probably it was around the same time i started watching fragrance reviews on youtube and found out about this one from Jeremy Fragrances Channel.

I didnt like it at first in the beginning but it grew on me over time and opened the pandora's box. 3 years later, i have sniffed over hundreds of perfumes and owned almost closed to 100 but this one will have that special place in my heart.

Back then i didnt realize but this was a unique fragrance on its own way. Opens up with a little sweet with spicy nuances of cumin and cinnamon and drys down beautifully to a medium sweet spicy woody tobacco scent.

Probably this the most unique among all flankers of Wanted and is my favorite from the line.

Absolute great value for money.

Blind buy

I heard so much abouth this fragrance. I watched reviews on it and ladys reaction and they where very good. I live in holland/Arnem and there you can't smell this in the parfume shops. So my curiosity was growing and growing. So finally I find a good deal online and I ordert my self a 50 ml bottle. At the day of arrival. I was nerves of it being a mistake and I was excited to smell it for the first time. So I sprayd it on my hand and I kept my hand far away because I want it to introduce it self. And than I smelld this unique sweet spicy sharp(in a good way) smell coming to my nose. Afther one minute I smeld my wrist close, and I was blown away I have never smelld something like this it is intoxicating and unique but at the same time mass apealing with a niche quality. It was love at first sniff and now I am regretting I haven't buyed an 150ml bottle.

Uniqueness: haven't smelt the original and this smels nothing like any fragrance I have ever smeld so for me a 9/10

Longjevedy: I got an compliment at the 11 hour mark so that is amazing and she was about 2 feed apart from me. So that is an 10/10

Sillage: it leaves a nice scent trail that is 3 feet long

Projection: be careful afther the 11 hour mark it was noticeable from 3 feet away

Blind buy wordy: for me helyea but I dont know if every one likes a scent like this.

Bottle: I like it but people says it is tacky and I know what they mean by that.

Conclusion: for me it is not abouth the bottle, for me it is in the juice, and the juice is strong long lasting ot smells good and I already have gotten a few compliments. And I enjoy smelling the fragrance for my self. Al en al I think this is the perfect signature scent for the right person and the person is handsome rough dont care abouth wat anyone has to think more say and loves attention from every kind of person on this earth, ore even on the moon. So if this strikes you please blindbuy it and let me know what you think.

Night is spicier

With my initial spraying of Wanted by Night, I immediately get the similarities with the original Wanted. However, I also get a major reminder of Ultra Male by JPG. Like, if you stripped Ultra Male of the prominent pear and mint notes and combined it with Wanted. Then, you heightened certain notes.

Here are the overlapping notes between Ultra Male and Wanted by Night: lemon, lavender, vanilla, cedar, cinnamon, and patchouli. The early use of lemon and cinnamon are most noticeable to me. Not as sweet or vanilla based as Ultra Male, but, plenty of similarity.

The opening here, while it still has fruity elements, is played way down when compared to the original Wanted. With that, I get a much bigger dose of that lemon note. Here, it is more about the cinnamon and cumin spice, with the added tobacco note making itself known early on.

That spice is paired with a moderate benzoin note. Benzoin can come across a somewhat medicinal, which is present here for a short time period.

Wanted by Night opens with the fruity notes and cinnamon being the main factors and the other aforementioned ingredients playing a support role. As it moves along, the fruits fade more, and the woods and tobacco come out in a greater significance.

Once it hits this stage, this cologne has pretty much revealed itself fully. Cinnamon, cedar, tobacco, incense, and benzoin. All wrapped together with a hint of sweetness and a closer resemblance to the original versus how it begins.

Wanted by Night is spicier and has a darker profile when compared to the original. Which, is either a plus or minus, depending on your own tastes. The lavender here is also a lot less noticeable for me.

Signature - The Evening Scent

This was my signature scent for a while and I took a bit of a break from it but I wore it recently and it reminded me of a time before the plague, a time before we normalized keeping to ourselves and a time where our evenings were spent in the company of others.

Looking back in retrospect, I realize how I never offered this fragrance the respect it deserves because this gorgeous. It's a sweet and spicy elixir that demands attention while remaining very respectable. Fragrances very rarely manage to strike a perfect balance but the way in which the house achieved this here is truly something to behold. Without going into detail regarding the notes and the subsequent breakdown, I can assure any who may care that this scent is unbelievably good - This is the working man's scent, this is the professional's scent, this is also the scent the you wear while dressed up, this is the scent you wear to the club and this is the scent you wear while out on the prowl.

Whether you're 20 years old or 50 years old, any self-respecting man can wear this. The only unfortunate aspect about this scent is that it was so well blended that it garnered so much attention and thus became something of a hype-monster and thus may not be very unique while wearing it. You know a fragrance is really good when its only disadvantage is that a lot of people appreciate it. Beyond that, this is very close to perfection and is really a must-own whether you have a nascent collection or a seasoned connoisseur.

My favorite from the Azzaro Wanted line!

I’ve been wanting one from Azzaro’s Wanted line for a while now—finally settled on WBN. WBN EDP has a profile of Sweet, Spicy, and Woody; notes of Mandarin orange and cinnamon dominate as the top notes for a strong but not overpowering opening, with cumin adding a spice and cedar wood adding a woody flavor to the scent.

I had the chance to try most of the wanted lines before, and it was a tough choice. It ultimately came down to two choices for me:

1. Wanted by Night EDP
2. The Most Wanted Parfum

Let’s talk about WBN EDP first. I’m a big fan of the mandarin & lemon in the top notes that leave a mild citrusy yet fresh feel to the scent. The cedar wood adds an amazing warm depth as well. First spraying on the skin, there’s an immediate fresh & sweet scent with an underlined spiciness. This is already enough to catch my interest as I’m usually not a fan of really sweet scents (*cough cough JPG*), but for me, WBN does an amazing job of balancing that sweetness with the woods.

Moving on to Most Wanted Parfum, it’s an amazing scent, absolutely no doubt about it. I’ve smelled it on other people and tried it on myself before, and it’s great. It’s sweeter than WBN imo, although the openings are similar, it’s the dry down that ultimately gave WBN the edge for me. Wanted Parfum later into the night sort of blend into a nice amber vanilla sweet feel that certainly does smell amazing, but after trying WBN and noticing that its dry-down is more on the woodsy side, I couldn’t pass up on it.

Just my two cents on things, WBN EDP is more versatile as a fall/winter fragrance and maybe cold nights during the summer as it’s more towards a woodsy scent and not as sweet. Needless to say, Wanted Parfum is an AMAZING scent for any partying/date night scenarios.
