My signature scent. Will wear this till I die

I grew up with Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin. For my whole entire life, my mom would use this during autumn, and I always loved it. Throughout my entire life, my opinion NEVER changed one bit. I feel like I almost have an emotional bond to this scent. Not only is it a key-part of my life, it also smells frickin amazing. Usually Pumpkin Spice isn’t necessarily my jam, but Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin is different. I will NEVER not wear this fragrance at least… 365 times a year. If they ever discontinue this scent, I would probably have an emotional breakdown. Although I doubt they will. This is a huge seller. And as it should be

Affordable autumn vibes

Personal: 6.5/10 – Cozy, spicy, and sweet, but a little too sugary and synthetic for me.
Mass appeal: 8.5/10 – Pumpkin spice everything has a lot of fans.
Performance: 4/10 – Short-lived, but that’s expected from a mist.
Value: 8/10 – Affordable autumn vibes in a bottle, well worth the purchase.
Uniqueness: 5/10 – Pumpkin spice scents are everywhere, but this one is simple and wearable.

Full bottle buy? YES, seasonal and fun, worth having around in fall.
Blind buy? YES, if you like pumpkin spice in general, you’ll like this.

Date night? NO, too sweet synthetic, plus it's kinda short lived, since it's a body mist.
Office safe? YES, it’s light enough not to overwhelm, but smells like a synthetic Starbucks.

Pros: Warm, cozy, autumnal. A true “pumpkin spice latte” in mist form at a great price.
Cons: Very sweet, fleeting, and a little juvenile. Very synthetic.

Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin is basically a PSL in a spray. It's definitely cozy and warm, with lots of sweet pumpkin and spice as the only notes that come across, but it's super synthetic and a bit cloying.

Spicy, Gingery, Clean

First, I would like to say how pleased I am to see that the site not only has a photo of this 2024 season's packaging, but it also has photos of other seasons's packaging. I really like that extra bit of information and eye candy. Thank you Parfumo!
Well, as for the fragrance, I could have sworn I purchased this a few years ago, but I did not have a bottle of it, so I must not have done. I ordered a bottle on-line along with two new fragrances (Pink Obsessed and Covered in Roses). Sadly, the stores do not have Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin in this year, so anyone who wants it will have to order on-line.

Upon first spray it has quite good projection and sillage. Initially, I mainly detect ginger and perhaps a bit of cinnamon. The other note I detect may be pumpkin, but if it is pumpkin, it does not smell the way I would have expected it to smell. Then again, it may be pumpkin tempered by an apple note. I do not detect any jasmine, and for that I am sorry because jasmine is one of my favourite notes. There may be a tiny smidge of rum in the deep dry down, but I do not pick up any amber or vanilla. The most persistent notes to my nose are ginger and cinnamon.

This is a spicy and only very slightly sweet fragrance. I would not categorise it as a gourmand fragrance. It smells reasonably clean, and I think that is because it lacks the heavy sweetness so many B&BW fragrances possess. It does have some sweetness, but it is not a candy or true gourmand sweetness, at least not to my nose. The sweetness is more of the natural sweetness one would smell in freshly cut apple and freshly cut pumpkin.

I like it, but I cannot I cannot say I love it. I would not rate it as highly as I would some other B&BW fragrances such as Sensual Amber, Dark Kiss, Cashmere Glow, Black Amethyst, Twilight Woods, and You're The One, all of which I think are much nicer, but for Autumn weather and with its emphasis on ginger, cinnamon, apple, and pumpkin, this fragrance fits the bill and feels apropos to the season.

SCP also reminds me of Queen Latifah's Queen. Do not get me wrong. They do not smell alike, but Queen has booziness to it that I think would be the perfect addition to SCP. I think they should amp up the rum and jasmine in SCP. Doing so would give SCP a deeper, warmer, more sensual impact.

Overall, this is a spicy, warmish fragrance that could be worn by either women or men. I have never smelt the candle, but I imagine the candle would be nice to burn at this time of year. Performance is not very good after the initial application, but I only applied a small amount without any accompanying body lotion or body creme which would definitely boost the scent. It turned into a skin scent on me within the first hour.

Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin reminds me of Avon's 2005 release, Extraordinary. The Avon also has a strong ginger note as well as a strong pepper note, neither of which I am very enamoured. I mainly like Extraordinary's dark chocolate note. SCP does not have a chocolate note of course. I am disappointed that the alleged rum, vanilla, amber, and especially jasmine notes do not shine on my skin.
I bought my bottle on sale, so whilst it is not an extraordinary fragrance (no pun intended), I will likely keep it because it works nicely for the time of year, and I can even envision myself using it as a room spray. It reminds me a little of those cinnamon scented pine cones one sees at the markets from about September through December each year. I would be interested to see how much I might like the SCP candle given how strong are the ginger and cinnamon notes. If the ginger and cinnamon were not too overwhelming, I think a candle in this fragrance would be nice.

Based on a very fresh 2024 bottle, and rating it as a body spray amongst its own kind, my ratings are as follows:

Apple notes often have a very synthetic quality (esters). This is also the case here. Alongside that, sweeter and warmer, yet nonspecific accents emerge.
