Sweet synthetic bomb

I bought this scent as a "blind purchase", because on YouTube or also here mostly only positive reports about the scent were made. It cost me 25 € for 100ml.

Now the big BUT! - The price is reasonable, but for that you get nothing offered. Momentum Intense is a supposed clone of CH Men (EdT), but from the beginning only smells like lavender and a penetrating sweetness until the end after about 8 hours.

In fact, I don't know why this perfume had a real "hype" about it. In my opinion, it can't be the smell. This extreme synthetic sweetness is disturbing from the beginning to the end.

The opening here is particularly strong sweet synthetic. After about 20 minutes this will calm down. However, this does not improve the fragrance. I could not find any tonka bean here either. It is rather a kind of liquorice extreme that unfolds here.

After 8 hours it was fortunately over. This was my last blind purchase for the time being and also the last scent of Bentley.

Those who like extreme sweetness and synthetics will get their money's worth here.

Momentum Intense was auctioned on eBay by a perfumery in its original packaging. For relatively little money this Bentley now made his way to me.
The information here is rather rare and partly contradictory. If you then investigate more closely, some Youtuber say that it is a replica of CH Men, or at least strongly based on this. For the sake of completeness: sounds good, but I don't know it either.
The first impression was a little sobering. If you expect a screaming testosterone monster here, you will certainly be disappointed. I perceive a woodiness that makes me think a little of damp sawdust or fresh wood chips. For me it is definitely light wood, but it can't deny a slight mugginess. However, I notice these only very close to the sprayed area. The fragrance floats lightly and untroubled in the room. A discreet sweetness spreads over it that is far from being sticky or intrusive. I personally don't notice much more notes though.

Although Momentum seems to me to be easy to medium-heavy when I wear it, it radiates a lot at first and can smell a small office properly with three sprays. And even if I don't perceive the scent on myself for an insanely long time, the durability can't really be bad if T-shirts still smell for days afterwards.
After repeated wearing, I really like Bentley Momentum Intense. I like the subtle "good friend feeling" it conveys. Not obtrusive, certainly not extravagant, but also without large corners and edges.

Nice, versatile and cheap fragrance

First off, Momentum Intense is considered similar to CH Men. IMHO, there are some similarities but BMI does its own thing and is not a clone by any means. Gone is the leather note from CH Men and it is fresher, with something of an aquatic aspect. To my nose, CH Men is much smoother and sensual than BMI.

For reference I would say this is a mix of 2/3 CH Men (minus the leather) with 1/3 Dylan Blue. This is a gross oversimplification but it gives you an idea.

As far as performance, I get good performance out of this. Projection is average, 1-2h of moderate projection, then it starts diminishing slowly to a skin scent. Longevity is very good. I usually wear this to work, spray it at around 8:00, and at 18:00 when I get home I can still smell it, though it is weak by then. As a disclaimer I have only tried it spring/summer, but I imagine this will work all year round except the hottest and coldest days.

Price is very good at around 30-35€ for 100ml online.

All in all this is a nice cheap fragrance that although not mind-blowingly good, has good performance, is office friendly and as such it can be a good addition to a beginner's collection like me :) or someone who just wants an affordable versatile fragrance for everyday use.

By chance I saw a review of this "Beasts" on youtube. How is the stuff hyped, some things are totally exaggerated and lavished with adjectives anyway, I'm often just amazed. I bought it blind, because it is quite cheap to get, about 30€ for 100 ml. In short, the price is the only really good thing about it, in my perception. It smells the same to me from start to finish. And the end comes relatively fast, about 2 hours. It smells like sugared wood to my perception. What's so geli about it? Well, some like to smell like road surface a la Vetiver, no matter. I've got used to the fact that many fragrances don't last too long with me, I think some exaggerate exaggeratedly with their laurels, but well, everyone as he wants. I was hoping for the relatively nice Bentley for men intense, this one. I'm afraid he's nothing to me.
