Frankincense and elemi resin are refreshed
With the Scuro, Bois 1920 has created an incense-lemony resin fragrance that I think could appeal to many who don't really like these two notes.
The bergamot and grapefruit freshen up the elemi resin-incense mix, which is good for the fragrance. It's a different way of presenting these two notes and so the two accords also have a completely different effect.
Somehow, the fragrance still has this slightly woody-resinous flair that comes from the resin, but it still gets this great citrusy twist.
So I think this fragrance is also great to wear in summer.
There is also a certain cardamom spice and a light creamy-sweet touch from the amber and vanilla.
This amber-vanilla mix, which represents a fine sweetness, becomes a little more intense over time.
Furthermore, pleasant woody components join in.
All in all, this is a really great fragrance that manages to convey a certain smokiness and this resinous component in a fresh way.
