Tea in a bottle
The long list of citruses in the head notes would suggest that this is a citrus scent. In reality, it mainly smells like tea, specifically tea that you buy in plastic bottles. Tea with some rhubarb. The projection is heavy at the opening to the point of harshness, but it fades fast, and the scent becomes more complex. The green fresh sour aspect dominating initially takes a step back and the musky side with floral and woody notes comes forward. I would say the fragrance leans male due to the muskiness.

Oltremare Bois 1920 - Dream Journey into Infinity
The bottle is a statement for this fragrance. Deep sea blue, for me a symbol of infinity and freedom, the gaze into the distance, the blue of the sea blurs with the blue of the sky. Is there an end? No, our spirit knows no infinity and neither does the sky. The wind carries me to this endless distance. Do you know the dream of flying? The feeling of simply taking off like a feather, like a bird. Everything becomes small and insignificant. This lightness, I can escape everything, I can achieve anything...
A great fresh note that for me is wonderfully composed here from lemon, orange, and bergamot. Along with this maritime spice from juniper, which is both woody and fresh, as well as a fresh-tart rhubarb note.
But there are also floral notes that remain subtle and unobtrusive, not burdening the maritime-freshness of the fragrance.
I lose myself in this scent. I simply feel carefree and free. As if I were standing on a cliff, the salty air swirling around me, the roar of the sea carrying me away... like a meditation, a dream journey....

Fruit Tea for Summer
A review of a fragrance that I have owned for several months: the EdP from Oltremare by the Italian house Bois 1920. With this EdP, there is quite a bit of boredom, while the discontinued EdT had more going on. I don't know why, as I haven't tested the EdT anymore. In my opinion, this EdP is clearly underrated. Not in the voting here, but it is hardly mentioned by anyone. A clear recommendation for testing goes out, especially to tea fragrance fans. In the general fragrance direction, this one does have some similarity to Wulong Cha, but in its DNA, it is quite unique and independent.
Bois 1920 is a great brand for me with a beautiful signature style. Although I don't own any other than this Oltremare, I find the creations very pleasant. I also think the creative cannabis line is cool. Many have a wonderful Italian flair.

I can say upfront: Even though this is listed as a masculine fragrance, I perceive it as 100% unisex. In my opinion, this fruit tea note cannot be assigned to any gender. Otherwise, it has few traits that can be associated with a gender.
In terms of price, you can get 50/100ml at fair prices. Even though the brand has more expensive options in its range, Oltremare is available at elevated designer prices. Specifically, this Oltremare is absolutely worth the price for me.
The bottles are uniform and give a high-quality impression. Nice glass, beautiful caps. Here in the combination of blue and gold. Very nice.
As mentioned: Oltremare is a tea fragrance. For me, this DNA has something absolutely summery about it. Especially friends of a refined and relaxed vibe will get their money's worth. What makes this fragrance very special: the rhubarb note, which does not come off as synthetic. A note that you don't encounter too often anyway. Together with this red tea, it's a combination that simply harmonizes. These notes already set in at the opening along with these pleasant citrus fruits. There is also a light aquatic and subtle floral notes present. However, the star of the creation is the rhubarb-tea combination. This combination simply has a clean, well-groomed summer appearance. The first few hours, this fragrance changes little, before the drydown becomes slightly woodier and more subtle.
Performance is decent for a freshie. Not a sillage monster but very pleasant and feels very elegant in combination with this wonderful DNA. Especially a great option for everyday wear, where you can easily use 1-2 more sprays. Longevity is 5-6 hours, possibly a bit more and subtly close to the skin.

Overall, for me, a great unisex fragrance that impresses with rhubarb tea and is unique. Anyone who likes a clean and well-groomed vibe should definitely give this a try.

Blue Tea
Honestly, I don't really know how to best describe this scent. For me, it is truly one of the best fragrances for summer. This pleasant freshness combined with various tea notes. And it fits so well, after I smelled it, I was completely taken away.

I wouldn't have thought that this combination of so many fruits and red earthy tea notes would work so pleasantly. For me, this is olfactory art, which I take my hat off to. It's not a beast, but that's not what the fragrance is supposed to be. It's about refreshing you and calming you down, and it definitely achieves that. I can only recommend Oltremare.

A Fragrance for Tea Note Fans
The Oltremare is simply beautiful in my opinion.
The perfect setting is of course summer or a vacation in warm weather.
A wonderful tea scent with rhubarb and citrus elements.

The fragrance starts off directly with this fine tea note. It comes across like fruit tea.
Along with it is this great rhubarb note and the citrus accords.
They harmonize together wonderfully!
Over time, a pleasantly fruity juniper berry joins in.

Fresh, fruity, lightly green, and pleasantly citrusy.
This combination will appeal to anyone who is a fan of summer fragrances. Moreover, the Oltremare has that certain sophistication.

Unfortunately, it becomes a bit "thin" over time. Often typical for summer fragrances, this one also lacks particularly good longevity. The sillage could definitely be better.
At the beginning, it’s really great, but relatively quickly it doesn’t project strongly anymore.
However, on one hand, that’s perfectly fine since it’s simply a summer scent.
Still, I would have wished for a bit more power.
Despite everything, I’m glad to have it in my collection.

To the fans of summer fragrances and tea accords:
Please give it a try.
It might be worth it!

I am not fond of aquatic scents but this one is well balanced with a tart rhubarb, green, citric and salty opening. In the base, white musk.

Citrusy opening quickly settles into dominant red tea, with hints of rhubarb and florals on a soft musky-marine base. Nice, unusual freshie.

Juicy blue but very herbal with quite prominent mate note, which makes the scent profile unique but also a bit old-school.
