Hidden Treasures
Imagine it’s summer, it’s warm.
29°C in the shade and what’s missing here in the Sauerland?
Pool and/or sea, the sand, the palms, the sun, just everything!
I’m drawn to distant places, I’m drawn to the south, I want to get away, I want to go to the sea!
Unfortunately, I’m a broke high school graduate and can’t afford a vacation.
What to do? Buy Cerruti Image Harmony.
Somehow, one has to find a way to help oneself!
The scent starts fresh-sparkling-lemony-spicy-sweet. First association: Sprite!
One pours a glass of Sprite over their wrist and enjoys the fresh rush.
But luckily, it’s not that simple. That would have disappointed me as a true fan of the Cerruti Image line.
Once the majority of the alcohol has evaporated, it takes that Sprite note with it, and the incredibly soft-green and wonderfully fresh banana leaf reveals itself in all its glory. I love this scent note above all!
And Cerruti has arranged it brilliantly in the top note with a hint of pepper and a dollop of plum. The peach only shows itself very shyly and prefers to hide behind the plum, even though it could also stand out with the banana leaf!
After a while, I think something delicate joins in, something natural. And I claim it’s the fig leaf.
All these leaves! I’m falling into a leaf frenzy!
The jasmine only manages to struggle through the woods and the fig leaf, or rather the still very present top note, so I really only perceive a lightly sweet, floral hint.
So far, the scent profile is invigorating-fresh, herbaceous-green, fruity-soft, lightly floral-sweet with a touch of lemon and so juicy! Where does the lemon come from? Doesn’t matter, it fits, no questions asked.
And this event is nestled on an equally soft-green base, which, however, is much more masculine than the rest of the fragrance, which could still be considered unisex up to that point. However, the base reveals itself quite early, but that doesn’t detract from the fragrance at all, because this scent has such incredible depth! Any comparison with today’s fresh fragrances would be an insult!
Cerruti Image Harmony has much more character, is nowhere near as superficial, and should actually still be a real bestseller today - only hardly anyone knows it.
Well, to my advantage, this way I can be sure that this wonderful fragrance won’t be abused by the masses and will stand beside the 1 million bottles.
This perfume deserves its uniqueness and rarity, I’m just glad that I discovered it for myself!
My personal little journey to Sicily, where I now plant myself imaginatively on the beach and enjoy the sunny hours while this scent wafts around my nose. Life can be so beautiful!
