I made a purchase today at a well-known drugstore. The fragrance and body lotion were reduced to €12 and €5 respectively...
Tempted by the pistachio cream, I also love creamy scents.
Once I got home, I immediately unpacked the body lotion, applied it to my forearm, and took a sniff... What can I say, it smells like the air fresheners for cars that my dad has been getting in Switzerland for years, which have always made me feel nauseous. There’s no trace of pistachios or creaminess. As an undertone, I smell aquatic notes, a touch of cool water in the needle forest. Zero femininity - I need to check the label again - for her! I immediately have to wash my skin again; it seems like wildlife and I just won't get along.

Wild for Pistachios

My husband and I are only moderate eaters - therefore we pile only manageable
portions on our plates at the Chinese restaurant.

All you can eat - stays within limits for us.

But once we have finished our little portions, a jolt goes through our limbs and we run to the ice cream freezer, because of all places, our Asian restaurant has the most delicious pistachio ice cream ever.
Creamy, aromatic - and not too sweet.

More than just a modest portion is consumed there.

This delicious pomegranate pistachio mix makes you crave a dessert just like it.
The jasmine adds a floral touch.

A fine gourmand scent from Davidoff - which I am actually quite "wild" about.

Visit to the "Ice Cream Man" Around the Corner

A strangely cool-creamy scent greets me as I spray "Run Wild for Her" for a test in the department store. But what does it remind me of? A lot went through my mind, but nothing seemed to fit. A certain jam?? No, the scent is too "creamy" for that. Or is it a dessert?... no, cooler!!
Oh come on, what’s the point of thinking! I'm going to get some ice cream! Just around the corner when you exit the K.... I stood in line for a moment, ordered my ice cream... and then it hit me!! The scent wafting from the ice cream parlor was similar to that on my wrist. The mix of the smells from the different ice cream flavors strikingly created the scent of vanilla, pistachio, fruit ice, "pomegranate" and "currant"...
Now I read the fragrance pyramid, and what’s in the scent!?! POMEGRANATE and PISTACHIO CREAM!
Well, the Davidoff fragrance is quite nice, but for me to buy it, my liking would have to increase by several points. A friendly summer scent, nothing more in my nose.
