Subtle clean floral with a hint of beachy-ness
This fragrance seems to be either a love it or hate it scent.

I personally like it, which is strange because I'm rarely a fan of Estee Lauder scents. Pink Coral is refreshing and delicate. A soapy floral to say the least.

I'm often bothered by Estee Lauder scents being too strong and too synthetic, but Pink Coral is quite light and although not completely natural smelling, it is bearable.

This is a relatively linear fragrance, I didn't notice much of a change between the opening and the drydown. I find it to be a nice and rather pleasant blend of subdued flowers and a hint of watery freshness. The beachy and Summery aspect conveyed in the advertisement is very true to the fragrance itself.

Not a particularly mind-blowing scent, but pretty none-the-less.

Pure vacation feeling!
Pure White Linen Pink Coral immediately makes me forget everyday life and tempts me to dream of beach, sun, sea, and of course, vacation.
As I am currently busy packing my suitcase, I still want to say a few words about my new favorite.
This fragrance will be my vacation companion, as it comes across as so airy-light, cheerful, and buoyant.
Pink Coral reminds me of fresh laundry in the summer breeze, which gets a nice, but not too intense spiciness from the light pepper note at the beginning. I can also clearly recognize the apple blossom, and fruits that have nothing artificial about them.
A little later, the flowers come to the forefront, playful yet still elegant. It's great how the lightness of this perfume stands out, but you still have the impression that you are wearing a lovely scent. You won't leave a strong trail with Pink Coral, but I can notice this fragrance on myself for a nice amount of time, about 4-5 hours maximum.
(with a good dose, *g*)
The base then becomes warmer and woodier. What I particularly like is that there are no overly sweet or sticky additions like in many new releases that are currently flooding the market. The vanilla is just a supporting note, not prominent.

If you now think, well, that sounds nice, but nothing more, I can promise you that Pink Coral has its own character, freshness paired with a gentle floral spiciness. Somehow also elegant, but nonetheless very suitable for everyday wear. Managing to combine all of this often backfires, and then you might smell more like mosquito spray.

Pink Coral is a very beautiful, fruity-floral summer fragrance that is worth testing. It seems not many people know it yet, so go ahead and spray it if you see this lovely scent available.

Pink Cloud
Today I came across a fragrance that I shamefully had not known before - Pure White Linen Pink Coral.
A real gap in my knowledge, as became clear with the first spray.

The good old White Linen certainly has a permanent place on my shelf - but this beautiful flanker can definitely hold its own.

It is like a fluffy pink cloud that you let yourself fall into, and which catches you weightlessly.
You are surrounded by airy apple blossoms and berries - dusted with a hint of pink pepper.
Any dullness fades away, and you feel like drifting along with the soft cloud.
The wind blows fresh, floral jasmine and delicate sweet pea towards me, and the cloud bed is warmed by sunny vanilla.

Swallows sail by, and you want to float south with them.

A transparent fragrance, full of lightness and a touch of wanderlust, to which I gladly surrender, as it also conveys a sense of security.

Longing for Spring
For all those who feel like I do:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=umw-8J-O14o

As I have mentioned several times, I find temperatures below 5° to be a hardship. And in freezing temperatures, I feel the urge to report Peter for common bodily harm. I really need to wrap myself up at home on my days off with a fragrance that I usually only wear in summer. The sadly discontinued White Linen Pink Coral is a pretty good choice for that.

What I like about Estee Lauder fragrances is that they always have at least a subtle vintage vibe. They are always adult and elegant scents, even the new releases. One of the few brands that doesn't launch a squeaky sweet water just to climb the Douglas Top 10.

What I particularly like here is that the fragrance actually comes off very young and fresh, but at the same time also dignified and definitely not squeaky. The top note is peppery and berry-like, but the slightly soapy typical scent of aldehydes prevents it from becoming one of those typical fruity waters.

Although the fragrance pyramid in the heart note suggests a lush bouquet of flowers, I mainly smell peony here. This note is usually a bit tricky for me. I often find it somewhat distant and a bit stuffy. It reminds me of a strict governess. But the berry notes create a nice contrast here. As a result, the fragrance feels beautifully light, but not too much.

In the base, it becomes really soft with heliotrope and vanilla and just slightly woody. But still never sweet (I've never sniffed such an unsweet heliotrope). Throughout the entire progression, the aldehyde note hovers over the fine fragrance weave and gives it a delicate and clean elegance. My association would be a classy garden party in summer. Something like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nR2r__ZgO5g

Unfortunately, the longevity and sillage here are really subpar. If it’s not really warm, you shouldn’t go outside with White Linen Pink Coral. Even in summer, it only lasts a few hours. Not even if you spray very generously. I really overdid it today (13 sprays four hours ago). When I sit here in front of the PC, I can still perceive the fragrance quite distinctly, but outside, it was already gone two hours ago.

I recommend this fragrance to all ladies who like light but not too sweet summer scents. You can still find it on eBay. Unfortunately, you have to search a bit to find a good deal, but it’s really worth it.

Where was I...
Where was I when you still existed?
2009... at that time I definitely had my 2-3 standard fragrances and was satisfied in my limited little fragrance universe. Fffft... things happen...
Well... if I had been already infected with perfume back then, I would have surely come across it sooner and not just now when it has been discontinued (Waaaaaaaaarum???) and is only available through eBay. This is already driving me crazy...
I came to the fragrance through a very lovely perfume swap... so luckily I now have an almost full bottle at home. It was a "blind swap" for me, the best I’ve ever had.
About the scent:
The fragrance starts fresh and a bit fruity. I mean to sniff apples, like Granny Smith, and especially red fruits. It is subtly sweet and a bit sparkling, which I attribute to the pink pepper with my still undifferentiated nose.
In the heart, I can smell the peony and I believe immediately that it is pink. It is a very soft, tame peony, which I usually find a bit herbaceous. Those who are afraid of jasmine... let it be known to them. This is not a killer jasmine, but I believe it only adds a bit more sweetness and otherwise remains transparent. Here I also think I can smell a bit of cherry...
In the base, I smell vanilla and heliotrope, which makes everything beautifully soft and warm. I can still subtly perceive the fruits.
The bottle:
It comes across as quite valuable to me. Pink milk glass... uhaaaa at the moment pink is really appealing to me... it feels good and heavy in the hand.
Longevity:
The longevity for me is 5-6 hours, which I find quite okay. The sillage is rather subtle. In the first hour, it is also noticeable in the surroundings, but then it retreats more and more. The one who gets to come a bit closer will surely be delighted.

I find this fragrance truly beautiful and successful, especially when I think that I can't really connect with its "mother." Due to its fruity-fresh, light nature, it fits perfectly into spring and summer for me. I immediately feel good when I wear it. I feel comfortable, refreshed, and well-groomed.
It's a shame that such a great fragrance has been discontinued.

Zesty, lightly fruity, and floral. Perfect for spring and summer. The bottle color matches the scent perfectly. Beautiful flanker!
