New York in a fragrance

The colors and shades of New York in a fragrance: sparkling and lively opening, which leaves space to warm and sweet accents with a caramel that sweetens but in turn is tamed by camphorous and woody nuances.
An intense, dense, very incisive fragrance: in my opinion a perfume that you need to know how to wear, it really gives a lot of personality.
It is warm, sensual, very particular.
The New York of 5th Avenue, to be admired and desired.
“Heart” by Keith Haring, one of the most representative artists of this city, who declared something wonderful:

Overhyped, Overpriced!

It’s simple and has only decent performance. Last 5-6 hours and weak projection. It even turn into skin scent after 2 hours. I wore it once to a gathering. My friends told me my fragrance (NY 5th) smells pretty good at outdoor but smells bad whenever I went indoor. It was was actually the first time I received negative comments of my perfume. People usually just don’t say anything even they don’t like my fragrances unless they hated them. It was the one time. They did complimented most of my perfumes though. Actually I tried quite a few 2ml samples from Fragrance Du Bois. They’re all not perform very well. All about the same performance as the 5th Ave. They’re so overpriced for such performance. There are many other brands that have more unique scents and much better performances. For example: Initio, Kilian, Parfum de Marly, MFK, Roja, Frederick Malle, Tiziana Tarenzi and many more. I tried their samples because of Demi Rawling highly praised them but I’m totally disappointed. This brand just not worth the money.

Rose meets Cashmere

I had the opportunity to test this fragrance as part of a traveling package, and I must say, it ranks among the top 3 of the fragrances I know from Fragrance du Bois.

It opens with a distinct portion of rose, which initially struck me as a bit too sweet. However, the creamy note of cashmere slowly joined in, with a touch of woody spice. That convinced me more.
As the day progresses, a brief, intense cloud of rose reappears, but it comes wrapped in a gourmand veil.

I wouldn't purchase the fragrance, as it is still a bit too rosy for my taste, yet I found it to be quite interesting and pleasant in a way. It also simply smells expensive.

Wood with Caramel?

5th Avenue is a very floral and woody fragrance, with notes of caramel and vanilla giving it a soft gourmand side. Gradually, the scent becomes sweeter on the skin. I would describe this fragrance as very stylish and highly recommend the perfume, especially because Fragrance Du Bois is quite exclusive and not everyone knows this scent yet.
