Warm summer nights
I agree with some other reviewers that this has some things in common with J.Lo Miami Glow, which I consider a nostalgic drugstore classic by now. But it's absolutely a huge upgrade! I always liked the poolside vibes and coconut of Miami Glow, but there is too much of the clean, musky Glow DNA in it to really love it. Oud Orange Intense doesn't have that.

It starts out with the same ultra fresh, tart, borderline ozonic fruitiness. I sense citruses (especially grapefruit) and passion fruit here. And, of course, coconut! It really makes me think of drinking a cocktail by the pool. If you don't like this fruity, fun kind of scent, this isn't for you.
But there is a warm base to it that makes it much more intense than other fragrances in this vein. I don't think that there is enough oud to warrant the name, but I get a small hint of it. Vanilla is very present, too, and some unlisted balsamic notes. Over a few hours, this turns much less fruity and more base-heavy than expected. It's an amber scent in the final drydown, the sweet, non-scratchy kind that smells like a more refined version of gummy cola bottles.

I see this as a perfume for special occasions or summer nights. Due to the ambery, woodsy warmth it can also be worn well into autumn. I would not recommend it for casual summer use, in that case, good old Miami Glow (and its lower-end dupes like Britney Spears Maui Fantasy or the lovely Jil Sander Sun Summer Edition from 2020) would honestly be the better choice.
This is quite loud and intense and perfectly unisex to me.

The only real downside is the pricing. Over 6€ per ml is just ridiculous. Oud Orange Intense smells like high quality and lasts all day, but I still wonder if one could achieve a similar effect by layering a Miami Glow adjacent freshie on a good amber fragrance.

Luxurious Watercolor
At the first sniff, it wasn't easy to pick out something clear and distinct. Definitely one of those fragrances with an Aha effect, where you keep catching yourself thinking: "Ah, now I understand, this is it...". With each new exploration, you discover new facets, and the scent profile becomes richer and more detailed. It's rare for a perfume to challenge the imagination so actively - that's what makes it so fascinating for me.

With the first spray, there's an opulent opening of exotic fruits, definitely with a hint of lemon and orange peels, followed by a zesty coconut. After a short time, the scent becomes very creamy, smooth, and light. The citrus fades away, leaving a creamy vanilla and amber. The oud is only prominent in name; it remains soft, round, and harmonious. I can't smell it distinctly, but it's definitely there, providing structure, depth, and a sensual and noble quality that feels like cashmere on the skin.

The fragrance remains present for many hours, yet is not intrusive; you feel enveloped in a small, elegant, and warm cloud of scent. You can particularly compare this fragrance to watercolor - fine pigments that are not so intense and loud, yet radiant, creating the special magic of lightness and delicacy through multilayered complexity.

I am especially excited to wear it in the summer - in terms of its mood and notes, it seems perfect for warm days. But even now, in the slightly cooler temperatures, it is a true pleasure to lose oneself in this scent.

For Lovers of Subtle Understatement
A rating of 7.8? That's far too low for me. Of course, this is not an inexpensive fragrance, but what it personally gives me in terms of feel-good moments makes me rave about it.
At first, the scent opens with a dark yet noble orange that does not penetrate the fragrance cloud as strongly as it does on the skin. The scent progression remains very elegant and high-quality, evolving into a beautiful Bourbon vanilla leading to a cozy drydown that is delicious but not overly sweet. The high proportion of natural ingredients is clearly noticeable and sets it apart from entry-level brands in the niche world.
The oud remains very reserved and integrated, yet promotes a certain depth without being intrusive.

For me, this is a fragrance for those who appreciate understatement and have outgrown the Xerjoff Brutalo-sillage era.

From Fruity Sea to Sweet Tonka Base
Oud Orange Intense is primarily a sweet-fruity fragrance. Not necessarily a unique DNA, but a good one.

The scent starts off directly with these various fruity notes.
It's difficult to identify which fruity notes are active here.
In any case, there are some pleasantly citrusy elements and a few lovely berry fruits.

As the fragrance develops, it transitions into a completely different kind of sweetness.
The classic tonka bean and vanilla become more and more prominent. The fruity vibes gradually fade away.
In the transition to the tonka bean-vanilla mix, the scent also becomes creamier and almost "powdery".

Is there much more happening?
No. Is that a bad thing? No.
I like the scent.

The performance is solid, but not outstanding. At least, that's the impression I get from this scent on my skin.

A warm and creamy/sweet, yet gently leathery, oriental spicy-woody Fall fragrance, balanced by an uplifting citric-fruity opening. Unisex!

Sweet & powdery, makes me think of chocolate orange (~60% similar to Symphonium). Unisex, spring-fall, awful value.

Very synthetic vanilla/coconut, makes me think scented candles. Not clearly fruity at all. Powdery, intimate, nthng oriental in it.

Could also be a fruity one from XerJoff, but the du Bois is more elegant, refined, and not so loud. Pleasant despite the coconut.

Sweetly fine nose-pleaser, starts off orangish with spicy warmth. Beautiful vanilla reveals its calm and peaceful side.

A scent without a clear concept; sweet, somewhat artificially fruity, a lot of musk, overall feels a bit worn out.
