La Petite Robe Noire Guerlain 2023 Eau de Parfum Absolue

The cherry in this one is syrupy and artificial, but I love the smokiness and how almondy it feels. Unfortunately the patchouli is very strong from the start and it leaves other notes to the background. To me it smells like potent patchouli with a mix of unidentifiable sweet and powdery notes after it has dried. Considering I had to scrub it 4 times for it to stop causing me patchouli-induced nose burn, I think the performance should be very good.

Oh... I didn't expect that... an absolute blind buy, the fragrance notes have seduced me.
I open the package with the same adrenaline rush I always have with blind buys - will I like it or not...?
The bottle... divine! The first spray and wow! The opening is truly stunning. A flirty, seductive scent. I can even smell the scent of red lipstick... cherry red! Not a moisturizing lipstick, but an "adult," cheeky one.
I like this beginning the most; later the fragrance becomes milder, more subdued. Almond and soft suede come into play.
A great, underrated fragrance! I totally love it!

Sweet, spicy, truly something special. I can't analyze individual scent components. I will never be able to.

You were unveiled at my son's wedding at the end of September. You fit so well! Elegant, yet with that certain something. Even a bit wicked...
I haven't received many compliments on fragrances. Here, however, I received a multitude. Because it just suited the occasion.

The level has certainly gone down, as I had to make several decants...
