Nea or the Demigourmand
Nea opens with a strong spicy, fruity boozy note giving the feeling of tasting a very fine velvety fruit liqueur. It’s sweet but not that sweet , actually the sweetness is very well balanced by the spices . There is a gentle echo of caramel in this composition that never gets to really unfold and after some time I detect a milky fig note . I can’t easily recognize the floral notes except the rose , it’s more an oriental semi gourmand perfume rather than a gourmand floriental.

As time passes the strong notes from the start are softer and softer but keeping that complexity from the initial notes and sweetness slowly loosing ground in favor of spices. Nea is a very good example of gourmand , not so sweet perfume and can be a good choice for those in search of a gourmand fragrance not reminding of a confectionery.

Mature gourmand
Néa opens with a gourmand mix of dry plums and dates, with just a hint of pomengranate sweetness. To my nose, the combination is mostly like a fruity-caramel sirup, liquid and sparkling, rather than dense and sticky like some gourmands tend to be. In about half an hour, the perfume migrates slowly towards the floral side and a perfect rose appears, with its fuchsia petals glowing, ready to embrace the composition. At this moment Néa shows to me another facet and I coud swear that there is a cherry note hidden between the flowers. This note is not listed, so maybe the jasmine and rose notes, mixed with the fruits like to play with my senses.
The base of the perfume is very warm and well balanced and I can detect a musky, somehow dirty accord, but in a good way, blended with a chocolatey patchouli, laid to rest on an inviting vanilla bed.

Néa surprised me in a good way, it is a soft and luminous gormand, like a coral cashmere sweater, warm and inviting and in my opinion it can be worn by women of all ages, because it simply has the power to destress and bring a smile on someone's face.

It was supposed to be a contrast fragrance
After I had painstakingly removed the hideous scent "Vetiver Dance" by Tauer from my left forearm, and the heartburn had subsided, I searched through my samples for a contrast fragrance, for something comforting.
I chose "Néa". Deviating from my usual method, I looked it up here. However, I only read FranFan's comment, did not check the pyramid, and decided: "Néa" might smell similar to "Loukhoum Parfum du Soir," which I sometimes really like.
So I sprayed it on my other arm and: No, a fruit scent, totally! Sour, even a white floral scent comes through, green, not at all my kind of fragrance.
I don't like most fruits, and especially not as perfumes. Particularly not those that are supposedly supposed to smell like the fruits I like: raspberry and strawberry. They are just disgusting to me in fragrances, most sweets, all cosmetics, and cleaning products.
In the meantime: "Néa" does not smell like that at all!
After I had resigned myself to the fact that I wouldn't be testing a beautiful and/or comforting fragrance for me that evening, I read FranFan's comment once more.
And now I will set aside my aversion to fruits and fruity scents and be objective!
First, I looked closely at the pyramid, kept smelling it on my skin, and gradually "Néa" spread around me, filling the room. The sillage is already good, at least. The longevity is also impressive, as the intensity has not diminished for several hours. Based on my experience, I will still be able to smell "Néa" on my skin and here in the room tomorrow morning.
Since FranFan has written very understandably about how the fragrance affects him, and I completely believe him, I decided that "Néa" is definitely worth a fair comment from someone who would never buy such fragrances for themselves.
"Néa" is, when you read the pyramid, exactly what it says. I can faintly smell the date. I mainly smell the sour pomegranate, fresh plums and not dried plums, maybe even rhubarb, and the jasmine. But the rose also gives off that somewhat expressionless scent that you also smell and taste in rose jelly. I also perceive all the other mentioned ingredients and a few more and must admit that "Néa" is one of the few authentic fruity scents I have tested so far. Vanilla and tonka are really very much in the background, otherwise it might be such a sour perfume that it would make someone like me's "salivary glands" tighten. I do not smell caramel in "Néa," which I do not miss. I generally do not like the quasi-caramel that usually smells like burnt vanilla pudding in perfumes.
However, the most positive aspect for me is that I have not yet detected any hint of ambroxan. That may be different tomorrow morning, but it does not detract from the quality of "Néa," as I also perceive ambroxan in many other very high-priced fragrances after many hours. It is used in surprisingly many fragrances nowadays. Therefore, I do not view it negatively if I still perceive it on my skin with the faint remnants of a fragrance after over 12 hours.
"Néa" is an excellently good fruit fragrance, a true rarity. Anyone who wants to smell fresh, serious, and unobtrusive like fruits and not like gummy candies can confidently wear "Néa" even and especially in everyday life.
I would recommend "Néa" for female beings of all ages. However, not for those fruit abstainers like I am, that goes without saying. "Néa" is supposed to be unisex? I cannot judge that; I would need to have perceived "Néa" on at least one man.
Assuming a woman, a girl, a mature woman were near me and I perceived "Néa" on her, I would find it pleasant and distinctive.

Chic Gourmand Perfume
This is such a chic gourmand perfume, it is truly beautiful.
It is so sunny and positive, in winter it warms and evokes thoughts of a hot summer, juicy and ripe fruits.
The warm fruity sweetness blends with various floral notes, I also sense a subtle amount of tonka bean and patchouli. Very special are the gentle aromas of dried fruits, simmering in the sun, and rose jam. For me personally, this scent is like a wave of happiness and peace.
Beautiful, elegant, and feminine.
The sillage and longevity are also very good.

Playful Elegance
A girl dressed elegantly blows a pink Hubba-Bubba bubble bigger and bigger. The larger the bubble gets, the older she becomes. Suddenly, the bubble bursts and a sea of red fruit tea pours out. The waves make their way. The girl, now a young woman, surfs on them to the next tea party. The current catapults her to the table. On it, fine porcelain. Néa sips delicately from her cup, in front of her a golden plate with dried fruits and dates. Her friend playfully brushes a strand of hair from her face while she raves about the sweet young man at the table next door. They giggle and a lively atmosphere prevails until they remember the etiquette again. Almost amused, they both sip from their tea in unison. Néa throws a mischievous glance at her surfboard. Her friend nods knowingly: On to the next adventure.

Fruity and floral (rose), caramelly and sweet, with a slightly bitter undertone. Amidst all sweetness it is not sticky at all.

Very prominent pomegranate and sweet, fleshy dates at the start. Spices and florals follow - very sweet, but cloying only in the opening.

A fruity caramel syrup with an uplifting floral presence that keeps it fluid. Lightly boozy from the dates, faint green patchouli undertone.

Radically SWEET, yet radically ELEGANT. Dried fruits, warm spices, gourmand base, always elegant and fluid, never too heavy or dense.

Too much oriental fruit salad,
too much retro rose,
too much makeup and powder,
too much whining!
Conclusion: Not for me!

A dreamlike oriental rose scent without any darkness.
Complex, yet never overwhelming.
Sweet like love.

When I apply it, I think: rosehip tea - then candied fruits with a lipstick-like rose. Really great!
