Quick Caramel Fix
It’s pretty much what is says – a candy. Sweet, a bit powdery in the dry down, delightful caramel and vanilla. I even get similar vibes as from Poison Girl Eau de Toilette, only sweeter, with mellow milk and melon notes instead of zesty citruses. When I crave something with caramel in it, it’s a great quick fix. Caramel isn’t in the notes, so it didn’t show up when I searched my wardrobe on for perfumes with caramel in them, but then, being called Candy Land it’s a no-brainer when you are in the mood for caramel.
Maybe simple and linear, but very enjoyable. Lasts more or less 6 hours – longer on my hair and clothes. Doesn’t hold a candle to its sister Boum Vanille Sa Pomme d’Amour in this department. Still, fun and affordable. The bottle boosts my mood just by looking like a purple lollipop.
