Reminds me of a warm evening air filled with a seductive Jasmin fragrance.
Overall a warm, creamy jasmine perfume with a soft sandalwood base. For me a very seductive fragrance, with it's warm, Jasmine-at-nightfall notes, enveloping, drawing you closer.
Harmoniously blended.
Dry-down: creamy-milky Jasmin with that warm Sandalwood backing.

I learned from this perfume world that when a perfume has low ratings and not hyped it’s gonna be very good :-)

This is another case, omg, this house is just a step above the majority of other niche houses, everything they put out is so classy, natural, refined.

This is a milkshake of jasmine and soap. I can’t describe it better. Very soapy clean and creamy and the jasmine is so beautiful and natural, like when you walk close to a plant of jasmine. The best way to imagine it is a cream of soap, jasmine and soft woods.

Absolutely amazing. Not for the geeks of strong dark perfumes with oud ambar patchouli rose etc etc, this is white, clean and creamy.

You can never go wrong with fewer notes than more and this is proof of it. L'Artisan parfumeur spotlights jasmine as this floral beauty that unfurls its petals to the nose of its wearer. At the beginning, she's sharp and floral, with a facet of fruitiness like white-gold. She borders on indolic and powdery territory, but avoids going in too deep. After awhile, it's the creamy facet of jasmine, paired with sandalwood and tonka beans that appear. There's sweetness, a slightly woody aspect and the powdery floral jasmine takes over.

All in all, it's a pretty linear fragrance that is light, almost soapy with florals and a touch of woody sandalwood. It's a safe blind-buy and a more refined, adult version of Flora Gorgeous Jasmine. I also really love the Botanical collection bottles which I find classic with a touch of elegant refinement. I'm not the biggest fan of wearing jasmine on myself which is why it won't make it into my collection, but I'm glad I got to try this quiet but sophisticated fragrance!

I suspected I didn’t care for jasmine scents, and I think this was a reminder. The opening is a sharp jasmine, but it softens in time and smells lighter/soapier. It’s a bit non-descript, I guess. With so many options for jasmine fragrances on the market, I definitely wouldn't choose this one.

I’m sampling the La Botanique range, and it’s my first experience with L’artisan Parfumeur. It seems to me that all of them are pretty weak in sillage and longevity. They peak very quickly and are essentially indetectible in 30 minutes. I hope to find a few with more staying power.
