I don't smell coffee at all. It doesn't feel gourmet. 2
I heard that this is a brand that is also recommended for women, so I tried it.
I actually wanted to try the most popular Roma Uomo, but I couldn't get a sample, so I chose this one to check the scent for now.
Conclusion: I don't like this.
I didn't know this brand, but it's a designer fragrance, so it's a sharp musk base with synthetic fragrances. Every time I smell it, the back of my nose feels heavy. Well, please take this review as a reference.
The scent is also unique, and at first I thought it was a gourmand-like fruity scent, but it changed to a melon-like scent, and the concept of the scent was unclear.
I have no idea what the cardamom, clary sage, and cucumber are intended to be. I feel like I can't understand the intention of the middle note at all.
I understand the top note and last note. I don't really understand the blend of the middle note.
It doesn't smell like coffee.
Well, if I had to say, this kind of scent is common.
It's a rich amber and vanilla, with a slightly marine scent, so I think it's close to Dior.
Or rather, it's close to Body Shop's Black Musk.
Top notes: bergamot, pear, pink pepper
Middle notes: licorice, heliotrope, ylang-ylang
Base notes: musk, vanilla, vetiver, patchouli
It's not exactly the same, but the composition is similar, and the top spiciness is similar to the cardamom, and the cucumber is similar to the marine taste of the pear. There is no licorice, but the base is almost the same.
If you don't look at the notes, it's hard to understand the individuality of the scent, as it feels like a gourmand scent has suddenly been added with a melon-like scent. I hate gourmand + marine scents, so I may feel that way even more.
In this day and age, it may be nonsense to classify scents as masculine or feminine (well, maybe it is), but to briefly explain in a short review, I think it's quite feminine. However, it's a scent that wouldn't be strange for a man to wear.
When I see coffee or vanilla on the label, I can't help but imagine that scent, but do you really smell coffee?
I don't read the label at all because I think it might have a placebo effect if I apply perfume while looking at it. That said, this is an amber vanilla designer fragrance with a faint melon scent. And it gives me a headache. If you don't like Guerlain's Bosca Vanille, you probably won't like this scent either. This time, I've mainly collected designer fragrance samples, so I've received some harsh opinions, but I'm sure there are people who feel the same way, so I'll stop here.
