Warm, spicy citrus

This scent is gorgeous - outrageously priced, but gorgeous. The comparisons to Dior Homme Cologne are spot on but the major difference comes in the drydown. Dior Homme Cologne remains pretty linear throughout (a fresh, zesty citrus) but Cedrat 37 becomes creamy and melts into the skin. I think the ambergris is responsible for this beautifully clean musk that makes it different from your run-of-the-mill citrus fragrance.

The ginger also adds a little something unexpected and adds just a hint of spice. It's like sipping a hot cup of ginger lemon tea with a bit of honey. Lovely.

Spicy into a warm woodsy comforting citrus

Very nice summer/spring fragrance or for working out. The citrus is not overwhelming and is very well balanced with the warm woody ambergris notes.

While the citrus in the opening is beautiful, especially in the dry down it takes a step back, but never vanishes, and joins a harmonious creamy musc accord. It is quite expensive for what it is, but it is quite different from other citrus fragrances and from all city exclusives from le labo this one is my favorite.

Interesting but underwhelming

Bright and zingy with citron and ginger notes, but also sweet. Very candy-like. It gets rounder, softer, and creamier as it settles. Smells a bit like a candle. Leans a bit feminine. Someone on Fragrantica said the dry down smells like orange tic-tacs and that’s spot on. Overall pretty underwhelming.

Nice, but weak

This one is a superb citrus scent, at times reminds me of LV Imagination, and Dior Homme Cologne, but it does its own thing. This is a citron, candified ginger, woods and musks. A beautiful, classy scent, but its a weak skin scent. If it had better performance, i would buy this. Shame its so weak...

What is this supposed to be?

Great citrus-amber combination with good longevity. I would actually consider purchasing it if the pricing of the LeLabo City series wasn't an absolute outrage… Is this supposed to be a potential positioning in the luxury niche segment? However, it still lacks unique features and performance.
