Comforting, powdery floriental
My first reaction upon spraying this was "mm just like a sweater!" It opens quite powdery, followed by a chorus of pink roses, making it sweet-smelling, almost fruity. There's also a whiff of myrrh and saffron, but in the early stages, it sits much closer to the skin.
Rose Kashmirie then makes a slow transition into a creamy, spiced-up pink rose, all while retaining that powdery feeling. A resinous feel crops up along the way accompanied by a rich vanilla. 1.5 hours in, and this is a full-blown oriental rose. Vetiver lends some body to this sweet-spicy powdered rose. It never becomes too sweet or too spicy - remaining always light and carefree, but with a touch of mature femininity.
PdR Rose Kashmirie is a beautiful jammy powdery rose in a bed of spices. Quite oriental and bold with some depth, but inoffensive. It's sensual, juicy, and very feminine, but interestingly, I find this easy to wear. Definitely a crowd-pleaser.
This one sits comfortably close to the skin, so it almost seems like it is projecting from within the wearer. Longevity on me wasn't too good - it only lasted around 3 hours on my skin.
