Mercedes' top 3 scents

when I first ever smelled it, it smelled to me like a cleaning product, it has grown on me, this isn't ur classic everyday scent, this is made to be worn in absolute heats in Crete for example where I live and the temperatures get to 35 degrees celsius in summer this is a refreshing life saver.
you're gonna get compliments bc you're gonna refresh everyone around you in hot heats, it also makes you feel like a cold lemonade, it really does remind me a lot of Dior home cologne, but with better longevity.

High Heat Dummy Reach

I live in a very hot and dry climate. The summers here are hell and average temp in day time is is 37 and higher. I was looking for something to keep me good smelling yet not asphyxiative (if that is a word) for people around me. This fits the bill perfectly.
Mercedes Benz Cologne starts not very nice (to my surprise) but fortunately it dries down in five minutes and turns into a cocktail of grapefruit and ginger, which this combination smells like bitter orange to me. It's very polite and calming, it's somehow Dior Sauvage for highest heats. It fills stage gap of the casualty if D&G light blue intense and formality of Office scents.
Of course it has a catch, projection dies down a bit quick but if you wear Mercedes Benz Cologne in the proper heat, it's not a problem.
Reactions are not head smashing but you'd hardly find a person who's offended by this, compliment usually stay in people's mind and won't be said out loud for most cases.

The rumours are true, just like Dior's Homme Cologne

Dior Homme Cologne circa 2013 must be MB Cologne perfumer's inspiration?
Crazy thing is bergamot is not listed here.

Pretty close and both require quite a few spritzes to last a while and definitely HOT weather scent of choice. Whichever is cheaper or whichever one you think has the better looking container, I've already got DHC 2013 and a decant of MBC, I'm in no hurry to buy a full bottle of MB's Cologne. Bergamot galore.

The Beauty and the ... Original

Because my name is program, the super fresh Dior Homme Cologne quickly established itself as one of my top fragrances. That's why I wear it often and always have it with me - in the 200ml King size, of course ;-) But even though the king of Dior is no dwarf when it comes to fruit, a beautiful companion has recently joined, which smells quite similar. Her name is Mercedes, and she also hails from the realm of citrus colognes.

Yep, I can attest that about 70% of MBC resembles DHC, but the fruitiness of MBC is not quite as deep and juicy as that of the grapefruit king. Instead, it flirts with a slightly synthetic-sweet top note, which gives the whole thing a lovely twist, clearly stemming from the orange, and is perceptible almost throughout the entire scent journey. It accompanies you for about 5-6 hours but has a rather shy aura.

I can hardly detect the pink pepper or even ginger, and the base notes don't make themselves particularly noticeable, except perhaps for the musk. But the beautiful Mercedes shines with a simple yet visually appealing bottle, which I like to alternate with the Dior.

I was tempted by good old Jeremy to make a blind purchase: Benz Cologne, l'homme idéal, and Men eau Fraiche. It was around the end of winter/beginning of spring, the package arrived, I opened it and sniffed through it. Versace: wow, great stuff! Guerlain: a bit of sweet cherry, a bit of smoke and leather, that one will be rocked in autumn! Mercedes-Benz: beautiful, high-quality bottle, the turquoise gradient makes you long for the sea, but then sprayed on... Excuse me, 50 € for dish soap and glass cleaner?! I was so disappointed by Jeremy's citrusy - refreshing summer hit. I was about to give it away, but I left it standing for now. A few months later, ping! "Jeremy Fragrance uploaded a video, Top 10 Summer Fragrances." Let's take a look, and Benz Cologne was also included. At the end of the video, dear Jeremy gives a tip: "Guys, put your summer fragrances in the fridge, and when you spray them, you'll smell good and it refreshes you." Aha, are you serious, Jeremy? Well, let's give it a chance, Benz Cologne, Men eau Fraiche, and the like went into the fridge. The next day it was a proud 32°, and I gave Benz another chance... 3-4 sprays on my neck and chest, yes, the refreshment was definitely there. My God, where did the dish soap go? Suddenly a zesty citrus bomb, sour, sparkling grapefruit paired with mandarin and ginger, later the vetiver comes in. I couldn't believe it was the same scent, no longer so cloying, synthetic, soapy, actually a really great summer fragrance that works perfectly in really hot temperatures. I don't know if it was really the fridge or if it was just the right season, but Mercedes-Benz Cologne is a really nice, zesty citrus scent, and since then my summer fragrances have indeed been in the fridge.
