Muddled Herbal Black Tea
It’s a cool, cloudy autumn evening, perfect for apple picking, hay rides, and apple cider. Instead, you lie curled up under a mountain of blankets with a fever. Your mom hands you a warm mug of piping hot Earl Grey tea. The vapor slightly over-brewed black tea bathes your warm face in a blanket of mouth-drying tea. Your mom rubs your forehead with lavender oil, and you let the steamy scent clear your stuffed nostrils.

Despite the strength of the tea note, this is a soft-wearing, cozy skin scent. It stays pretty mellow and close to the skin; you can’t overapply it. The lavender is a bit cooling and borders on medicinal, but I think it adds to the overall soothing quality of this fragrance. I think the overall clarity of the fragrance is muddled by the sweet-musky base of Poesie's gourmands, and could read as candle-adjacent. I personally wish the each of the individual notes, especially the black tea, were stronger.

Needs more sillage
Would buy this immediately if it weren’t for the fact that the sillage is absolutely terrible, it’s hard to smell even if you have your nose touching your skin. Unfortunately the longevity isn’t very good either because the beautiful, calming, milky Earl grey note that you pick up in the opening disappears after a while and all you’re left with is a lingering lavender note.

my favorite lavender
I'm often really hesitant when it comes to lavender notes as I find them quite strong and they tickle my nose a lot, but twice to tea does lavender in a way I reaally enjoy. upfront, the lavender is quite strong, but it is after the dry down where this scent really shines. I also find I end up liking it even more after the first couple hours of wear. I don't mind that the sillage isn't very strong because it's such a cozy scent that it makes more sense to me for it to stick closer to the body; it feels quite intimate, just for me to smell. a perfectly warmed cup of milky tea.
like the review below me mentions, it is perfect for bedtime wear. the earl grey tea is comforting and soft, and the lavender lulls me to sleep. the milk note gives it a great creamy, lactonic base that really shines about an hour into wear. overall just a very cozy scent, and safe for those that are sensitive to floral notes like me.

Lavender Tea Dream
I am a huge lavender fan and this rates pretty high on my list of favorites.
The tea and lavender create a very strong camphor/fresh opening which I really love. Especially paired with earl grey tea and a bit of creamy sweetness. Twice to Tea is very comforting and calming, it’s the scent equivalent of a relaxing cup of tea and it has the same effect on me. Very soporific . I adore this!

It's advertised as tea, yet I find it more syrupy, quite sweet and lavender with a hint of a teahouse. It isn't steamy & milky lavender tea.

On the top, there is a good doseage of lavender. After it dries down, though, the rest of the notes get to shine and the tea is highlighted.

Smells strongly like lavender to me at first. Then I gave it a minute and a very realistic Earl Grey tea scent came through.
