Cherries In Church
I'm unfamiliar with any of the perfumes this is supposed to dupe, so here is my opinion completely detached from that context:

The first hit is a almost sickly artificial cherry note, heady and sweet. Soon it merges into a more creamy amaretto with a distinct marzipan edge. The cherry sticks around as the real heart of this fragrance comes forward: frankincense, dark and resinous, backed by woody notes I'm still too much of a noob to actually distinguish properly.

I'm personally not fond of cherry in fragrances, so for me the real beauty of this is in the drydown. The frankincense and wood base lasts the whole day, in particular on clothing. After 6+ hours, all that's left of that initial cloud of cherry is a faint hint of marzipan. The incense, though, is delicious, and the reason I've been enjoying La Collection D'Antiquités 1505 despite my indifference to the top notes.

A well-crafted fragrance that I won't rebuy as a full bottle simply because I don't care about the cherry aspect. To me, it reads as a true unisex scent, perfect for the colder seasons.

La Kirsche 1505
I consider this creation to stand alone without any comparisons in the realm of: dupes/blagiate or similar :)

It all started with a love for cherry, which my wife loves to wear. Then I discovered this masterpiece.

Curtains up for a very old, well-aged cherry liqueur. Is it from the 16th century?

The first 10 minutes after spraying it left me stunned. Really cherry liqueur, or is it homemade wine? At first glance, it is very masculine with not a trace of unisex.

It makes you want to take a sip right away. But let's stay objective. My preference has no place here :D

For the first 10 minutes, the cherry literally screams at me, you, and everyone standing nearby, until it quickly but truly calms down in a qualitative, delicate, and gentle manner.

Slowly but surely, the incense comes to the forefront. It helps the fragrance to truly unfold.

It becomes smoky and sweet. Without those alcoholic notes in the background anymore.

The transformation is complete and turns into a gourmand unisex scent, which becomes softer and more seductive.

The whole thing is rounded off with a spiciness that ensures the fragrance does not fade away. It is intensified, so the longevity remains significantly longer. A great autumn/winter scent.

The fragrance has an oriental/european touch, which I really like. However, a certain twist remains in my nose, so I can't quite say what it is.
Maybe a bit of vanilla? Or is it the balsam? Or a mixture of both.

After over 12 hours on my skin, only the cherry remains. Sillage is above average. About 5 hours. Maybe a bit longer, I quickly become nose-blind.

In my opinion, it is a successful product that a man can wear well without completely slipping into the feminine.

Although it costs between 40-60 euros at times, I would still say it is a great value for money.

Cherry for the man, cherry for the woman, love at first sniff, I know that for sure :)

Delicious Cherry Gourmand, but not a good Cherry Smoke Dupe
All in all, a delicious gourmand with a cherry theme. I predominantly smell sweet cherry, incense, saffron, and marzipan. The fragrance is quite different, darker, and more masculine than Lost Cherry, but due to its sweetness, it can certainly be worn by women just as easily.

The question that many are surely asking is whether the 1505 is similar to Cherry Smoke. I have already seen reviews on YouTube comparing it to Cherry Smoke, and I must unfortunately disagree, as far as I can say with my slowly fading memory of Cherry Smoke. Cherry Smoke is, in my memory, classically smoky (no incense), and this smoky note clearly distinguishes itself, as is evident in many expensive fragrances, from a differently composed cherry. The 1505 clearly carries the Arabic signature, which we already know from many Lattafas, is sweeter, and also smells of marzipan, which I cannot recall from Cherry Smoke.

Longevity and sillage are quite decent; the angular bottle, which I do not have, is certainly a matter of taste, but I find it quite pretty with the watch and quite detailed.

Conclusion: If you were hoping for a dupe, whether from Cherry Smoke or Lost Cherry, I advise against it. However, if you are looking for a rather sweet, more oriental cherry gourmand with incense, this fragrance might be for you. Whether I will purchase it with the very prominent marzipan note is questionable, but overall it is a lovely scent. It's just a shame that many of the good Lattafas will now probably just be marketed under Lattafa Pride, so that one has to spend significantly more for fragrances that were previously available from Lattafa in comparable quality. When it comes to fragrances approaching designer prices, I usually step back, as we know that the fragrances are produced cheaply.

Dark Unisex Cherry Fragrance at a Great Price
Currently, it must be said that cherry is an extremely sought-after note. There are plenty of dupes for Lost Cherry, and other brands are also bringing cherry fragrances to the market. Cherry is, of course, a note that is quite interesting and relatively new in perfume. I can't recall a cherry scent that was on the market years or even decades ago. At least none that were extremely well-known or caused a hype. Lost Cherry was already a pioneer in this regard. This cherry note only became really popular in the last two years, especially as all the dupes appeared and really took off. The dupes from Lattafa and Maison Alhambra are also constantly sold out.
Here you get a cherry scent from Lattafa Pride. The Pride line is a bit more expensive, which is also noticeable in the fragrances. You get very high-quality scents, where they likely have a higher budget for the raw materials. The fragrances I have tested from this line feel extremely high-quality and could also be sold at a higher price. Bestsellers are, of course, the dupes for Grand Soir, Imagination, Paragon, or Nebras.

With this 1505, you get a cherry scent that is very well wearable by both genders. Lost Cherry may be too sweet-fruity for some gentlemen. It’s not exactly easy to wear, especially as a mature man. Here you get a scent that leans more towards "Cherry Smoke | Tom Ford." Of course, you get a wonderful strong cherry note, but it is not quite as sweet and is accompanied by balsamic-smoky and slightly liqueur-like notes. There is also a slightly mentholated note that has a slight "Airwaves" vibe. The balsamic notes give this fragrance a very cozy progression. Warm woody notes complement this cherry DNA well. The incense note is not too overpowering and adds a subtly smoky touch. The spiciness in this fragrance is minimal, so overall, this scent remains very soft and impresses with its cozy, rather autumnal aura. This fragrance is best suited for cool to mild temperatures and is perfect as a "transitional scent."
Performance can be classified as average. The sillage is initially good but becomes more intimate after a while. The longevity should be around 8 hours. In everyday situations, this sillage is perfect.

Overall, a great cherry scent that feels very high-quality and also has a wonderful warm base. The cherry note lasts a long time, and you get a beautiful fragrance that has a lovely autumnal vibe.

Cherry Smoker Figurine
Unfortunately, I have no comparison to Tom Ford's Cherry Smoke, but I will catch up on that.

Right from the first spray on the skin, a very cherry, slightly synthetic scent fills the room. It has something of Hubba Bubba Cherry (which I loved as a child). After 2-5 minutes, however, this fades a bit and the smoky part, which reminds me of incense smokers, comes to the fore. The cherry takes a strong backseat. While still clearly recognizable, it is no longer intrusive, but rather subtle. Smoke and cherry go hand in hand equally. Madame Cherry and Mister Smoke seem to have a child as well: leather. It is hardly noticeable, perhaps just to me, but sometimes a hint can be perceived.

Overall, a very wonderful scent that I surprisingly enjoy and which makes me want to check out Tom Ford's Cherry Smoke as well.

If this had another 2 hours longevity it would be my signature. Astoundingly perfect apart from lasting 6-7h after maturation.

Unisex, witchy, and dark. Not mass-appealing, but excellent for those it fits. Sweet and smoky.

Dark cherry liqueur and frankincense over a woody base. A fruity, smoky, gourmand and creamy unisex scent at an unbeatable price.

Woody resinous goodness with a literal cherry on top. Smoky frankincense comes through strong.

starts off kinda screech off top, but the drydown is great! the cherry smell is super synthetic though. wish it was smokier off top.

Cherry and sweet-smoky resins harmoniously balanced. Not a direct dupe to Cherry Smoke, but a lovely fragrance in its own.

A scent that doesn't drift into the feminine. A very beautiful cherry liqueur and not a dupe. It stands alone.
Highly recommended :))

Beautiful dark cherry scent with a balsamic-sweet base. Very unisex, slightly menthol and liqueur-like. Great for this price, good S/H.
