Strange.Not bad but strange

I will say something very odd but…it smells like you are in the bathroom of a church and you wash your hands with soap made of…..black pepper??? I know it sounds ridiculous, but it is soapy it is peppery and in the same time smells strange.Definitely not a blind buy.I can say that is a smell that i like to smell , but it’s strange to spray it on your skin and wear it. Not synthetic , ok silage and short longevity- around 4h on skin

Invictus Victory Absolu

Invictus Victory Absolu opens with a mature intense version of Invictus Victory, starting off very aromatic, peppery, warm spicy accord. Much more masculine and bold to compare with the other flankers.

I sprayed a total of 5 times. Twice behind each ear, twice on the front of neck, and once in front of my chest. The longevity is very good, it lasts approximately 12+ hours on my skin. However, it does not projects about a 6 ft radius for the first few hours before it turns to a skin scent after 2 hours. (Depends on skin types)
Overall Rating (7/10)
A generic uncreative release in my honest opinion. It's not a bad release, it has a plesant combination of Amber, Sandalwood and Pepper, making it intriguing enough to stand out within the Invictus Victory collection. A mature version of Invictus Victory Elixir.

In the perfumery of my...

... trust, I am testing this fragrance. At first, I don't find it bad at all when I get a whiff of it. Unfortunately, I have to realize that the beginning is really only fleeting. After that, it becomes just a boring, generic scent that you can find in drugstore, designer, or even niche fragrances. I expected more.

Upon applying this fragrance, the first thing you notice is a sweet, peppery, spicy scent. This somehow turns clean, like a shower gel fragrance. The woodiness that mixes in unfortunately doesn't make it any better. Per se, this fragrance is not bad but simply boring, and I find that disappointing for this brand.

The longevity and sillage are good.

Here we have a men's fragrance that women can easily wear as well. I would see the initial age appeal for 15-year-old teenagers and young men. Whether older individuals will enjoy it, they will have to decide for themselves. It can be worn year-round. Worn during the day at school, in training, at university, or at the gym. In the evening, it certainly fits well for a party, in a disco, or a club.

If you like a sweet, peppery, spicy, clean, woody shower gel scent, this is the right choice for you. Whether the price is acceptable, I will question.

Absolutely Underground.

The first impression is characterized by a sweet-spicy combination that quickly reminds one of the common flankers and mass-market fragrances. The vanilla appears prominent but lacks depth, and the wood remains superficial. Instead of a clear development, one gets a uniform scent profile that neither surprises nor excites. Everything feels a bit arbitrary, as if it were assembled according to a modular principle.

The synthetic quality runs through Invictus as always, sometimes more, sometimes less, but consistently. Even the spicy component quickly loses its appeal because it is overshadowed by the sweetness, rather than playing with it or evolving from it.

As for the performance, it falls even further short. The longevity is hardly present - after an hour, there is barely more than a faint sweet background hum on the skin. Sillage? Practically nonexistent. You have to get very close to even perceive anything.

All in all, it remains a fragrance that feels generic and offers little reason to want to wear it more often. Neither the concept nor the execution shows courage or character.
