Why so serious?

Seriously, why is this one rated so poorly?
Sure, it's not Naxos and it's not Shalimar, but it's a pleasant and solid fragrance.
Citrusy, fresh, with a minimal aquatic touch and more: well-balanced at a price where you can't go wrong. I wonder if this fragrance wouldn't at least get a solid 7 if it weren't so inexpensive.

Recently, I tested "Green Tea Sakura Blossom | Elizabeth Arden." Similar scent. It's OK, you can wear it if you like this fragrance direction. But let me tell you something? This one from Spirit not only holds its own but, in my opinion, is much rounder and more balanced. Longevity is totally fine since you can reapply. The tube bottle is handy and probably designed just for that, to be a daily companion in your handbag.
Why so serious? Better be fizzy!

Wonderful scent at a low price.

I was at the drugstore today and just wanted to test a few perfumes. I don’t particularly like drugstore perfumes. Most of them smell strongly of alcohol, have hideous bottles, or smell very synthetic or sharp. After a few test strips with perfumes that turned out to be flops, I simply reached for the "Spirit" perfumes. The bottle looks like the small images on the side where the individual fragrance notes are displayed and not like the large image. I find it quite cute, simple. I sprayed a spritz of the scent on a test strip. First impression: No alcohol note at all, nice. // What came was a real burst of freshness: A very aquatic fresh scent with a subtle mandarin aroma. Alongside it is a zesty, slightly sour blackcurrant note that perfectly balances the natural "sweetness" of the mandarin. The floral notes remain in the background. I love this scent because, although it smells very aquatic and fresh, it doesn’t become too harsh due to the subtle fruit aromas.

ADDENDUM: That was my first impression, and I really wonder how I was so mistaken. On the first day at home, I still liked it, but from the second day on, it made me feel really sick. It does smell aquatic and slightly fruity, but it has an extremely unpleasant note - I would describe it as metallic. By now, the scent is sitting in the cupboard; I can’t stand smelling it anymore.

Freshly Showered.

I find the scent really nice. Fresh, clean, and not too overpowering. Yes...and not quite so long-lasting that you would have to reapply after 2 - 3 hours.

The fragrance starts with fresh marine notes, later the violet blends in. Jasmine and rose are only perceivable to me as "somehow floral." The base is supposed to be amber, raspberry, sandalwood? I don't detect anything fruity or woody in this scent.

Spirit of fizzy tangerine is a nice fragrance alternative for every day when I don't want a bombastic scent and want to wear something light and aquatic.

Blue is not the same as fresh

I have had this scent in my cabinet since last summer. It was a misstep because I confused the packaging in my haste. At that time, I tested it and we didn't really become friends. As autumn approached, I decided to test the scent again in spring.

Anyone who thinks blue means freshness is mistaken with this fragrance. I didn't smell any maritime notes at all. There was nothing sparkling to be detected at any stage. The opening, like with all Spirit fragrances, is sharp and followed by a hint of mandarin, which is quickly overshadowed by black currant. After a short time, jasmine, rose, and violet join in, giving the fragrance a certain opulence. The black currant makes the scent feel a bit scratchy now. I can't describe it any other way. As a base note, a mix of raspberry, amber, and sandalwood comes in, which does not round off the scent but rather reminds one of old sunscreen. Somehow, it's a boring fragrance that disappears after 2 hours. What remains is a hint like Nivea cream on the skin.

Gentle tropical-aquatic scent

When sprayed, it smells really great. Aquatic and fruity with a light citrus note. However, it unfortunately becomes weaker quite quickly. When I found that I could hardly perceive it after a while, I compared it to Spirit of Cashmere Musk. The latter didn't appeal to me as much when sprayed, but it performed better in the long run, as it still smells stronger even after a longer time. Now I tested it alone again and can still perceive a faint hint of the scent on my skin after a few hours. In the base, it is still slightly aquatic and a bit sweet. I find the scent very suitable for the female gender, as it is very gentle and sweet. There are also very harsh aquatic scents that are clearly masculine. I think it has a slightly uplifting effect and exudes this wonderful moist-mild freshness. The associations clearly lean towards palm beaches in tropical or Mediterranean regions with a gentle breeze, as it doesn't smell as cold and harsh as other (more masculine) aquatic scents. (The latter, on the other hand, evoke associations of colder coastal areas with stronger winds for me.)
I couldn't detect the floral notes very well. This is probably because they harmoniously blend into the overall composition and perhaps smell a bit watery themselves here.
The bottle is practical, and the color of the packaging, the lettering, and the liquid are in a beautiful blue-turquoise, with white-drawn flowers depicted on it.
All in all, I really like this scent.
