Fruity and sweet and even suitable for winter
I bought the fragrance at dm. I had a voucher and wasn't quite sure what to buy, so Spirit of Joyful Splash came along with me back then.
First, a word about the bottle: I love it! I've rarely seen such a good bottle. You might wonder what’s so great about such a simple and boring bottle, but it's quite simple. On one hand, I don’t like bottles that you can’t see into, and on the other hand, I find it impractical when a perfume bottle has such strange shapes that you don’t know how much content is still in the bottle. With this shape, you know exactly how much is gone and how long it will last approximately. I also really like the spray nozzle, as it distributes a nice mist and doesn’t release too much at once. The cap closes well, and due to the format, the bottle fits perfectly in a handbag. By the way, I think it’s great that even with small hands, you can hold the bottle well without worrying that it will slip out of your hand.
Now, onto the scent: It is fruity and sweet, and I also find it slightly fresh, with a hint of flowers. The lemon gives it freshness, and the raspberry and other fruits provide the fruitiness. For me, the raspberry stands out the most, which makes me very happy. I once had a scent from Rossmann - “Love Generation Sexy” - that developed similarly on me. I think this one is well done. For a small price, it’s a nice fruity fragrance. Along with the raspberry, there’s also pineapple, and a lovely floral note underscores the composition. The scent is fruity, fresh, floral, and a bit sweet. A little bit of everything, except heavy and sultry. A light all-rounder, so to speak.
So far, I’ve only used it occasionally, but now the bottle has made its way to the things I use daily. It’s not annoying, it’s light yet noticeable, but without making you want to swap it out. A nice scent that you can wear well in everyday life.
The longevity isn’t particularly good, as you have to reapply several times a day, but that’s okay for the price. No need to worry about that. It doesn’t give me headaches. That would have really irritated me given the scent components.
I also find the packaging nice. It fits well with the fragrance, and the colors on it already hint at the direction the scent is going.
